EXCELLENT E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
Kibo has helped us to support multichannel solutions for our customers
PROSWe use Kibo to be able to manage orders that are shipped from different locations. We have tried other solutions in the past but they did not work for us. Kibo allows you to see your orders and allocate them according to the conditions you set up and allocate them so you won't miss orders if inventory is available. After the platform is set up, it is very easy to start using it and users do not need long trainings to start working on it. We were ok after just a few hours of trainings. The dashboard is plain but has all the information you need and it is very easy to find the orders that need assistance or intervention.
CONSI have not found big cons so far. They should definitely improve the reports as they could be more customizable. The dashboard could also be improved to be less plain and maybe include some other information regarding the current statuses of your orders

Kudos for Kibo!
A fast and clear way to comunicate with warehouse/store and update order data!
PROSKibo can help ecommerce business manage their orders as well as coordinate data between employees and warehouse. Provides relevant information all at once, which helps me a lot!
CONSrefreshing the page is very slow and sometimes kibo webpage just crashes.

Almost there...
The fulfiller interface used by our sales associates is very intuitive and was quickly adopted by the field.
CONSThe reporting capabilities are very manual. It is not easy to pull together stats on any given metric. The report dashboard is not useful and to get to the data through the APIs is a mini project in of itself.
