Fantastic Product!

Easy to use product that saves heaps of time. From creating consignments to reconciling invoices, our entire logistics process is made simple. Customer service is great and team is helpful in resolving issues

Pros

Selecting carriers and creating consignments is straightforward. Printing labels made easy. And reconciling invoices done quickly.

Cons

Set up can be complicated. One-off process and worth the effort!

Machship

We are pleased with our experience so far and are looking to benefit from it even more once we have our melbourne warehouse up and running in the new year.

Pros

We set this up so we could have our freight all leaving from the one portal. We also set it up so our clients would be automatically notified once a shipment left us.

Cons

I had a lot of trouble understanding some of the user guide information when we were setting up and we ended up getting Machship support to do a lot of this for us which did cost us a bit extra. I also do believe that it would be good to have an option to view every single consignment under All Consignments which includes the pending ones instead of having them as two seperate lists.
