Overall experience exceeded expectations with customer support in real time & follow up check ins from on boarding team & BDM.
PROSIntegration & on boarding support from the team was exceptional. Post go live support & fine tuning has been trouble free further enhancing the use within our business.Holistic visibility for leaders & users has been the business critical enhancement we most like from Machship.
CONSNothing missing as such but looking forward to the international integration piece to link our NZ customer base into Machship

Machship- making dispatch eassy!
Resolved a manual process by integrating into a system our previous providor could not. This has saved us over 20 hours of labour per week.
PROSEase of integration into exisitng systems, including a platform that our previous providor was unable to integrate too. Simple user interface makes things easy for the team on the floor. Backend management of carriers and consignments is simple yet powerful

MachShip
Keeping cost of freight as low as possible along with reliable intrgrations.
PROSSimple UI, integration with MYOB Advanced works well. Being able to manage rate cards and carriers internally saves a lot of time and cost. Local support are helpful and quick.
CONSNothing to mention. Have only had one short outage in over 12 months.

How to make your work life more productive.
We now are able to get accurate reporting from the system, which is used Weekly in our company.As we now have invoice reconciliation in the system, which cuts down the manual work load that I have to do.
PROSWe have found MachShip to be a very user friendly system. The staff at MachShip made the integration for our Business smooth and provided training to help our staff around the Country to learn how to use the system before we went live. They also provided video footage of Training sessions and as we have over 40 locations that use the system, this has come in handy for our business when we have had new staff members learning how to use the system.I like that the system is self serve, as you don't need to wait for the IT people to update Rate Cards, Fuel Surcharges, add Users and a number of other functions that we are able to update or complete ourselves.
CONSThere are not a lot about this system I don't like. Changing Date range when you are searching a Connote, it would be easier if you did not have to change the date range and the Connote populated in the search with out having to do this, as I quite often forget to change the date range and then wonder why nothing has come up in my search.

It was simply the best and most accurate system out of the ones we looked at or where previously using.

We switched to Machship because we needed a system that would give us accurate reporting, invoice reconciliation and was very user friendly and easy for our staff to use. We also like the self serve aspect of the system, as we are now able to update our carrier information or add new carriers or users with out having to wait for the systems IT department to do this for us.

Machship, we should have got onboard sooner!
The staff at Machship have been easy to deal with. Our business is a little different to others with the varying oversize items we ship. Machship have always found a solution to our probnlems
PROSMachship has enabled our sales team to provide consistent and accurate shipping quotes, which quotes also including all surcharges. In the 6 months we've been using Machship, we've been refunded over $6000 from freight carriers that have overcharged us during this period, these carriers no longer over charge us. Machship has also sped up our dispatching time and tracking is now simple as we don't have to deal with each carriers tracking systems separately.
CONSNo international consignments. I believe this is being worked on currently

Fantastic support from the Machship team
We wanted to provide free shipping to everyone who's shipping cost would be less than $120, but also provide discounted shipping based on cart value to everyone else. I don't think there is any other solution our there that would have been able to accomplish this.The Machship team were able to help us get this done super quickly. Honestly, I'm was stressed about whether or not we could find the functionality to match our needs, and Machship really delivered!
PROSWe needed a complex integration into our online store, with special rules and conditions to dictate the end customers pricing. The team was able to help us with this really quickly.
CONSThe Machship plugin for woo-commerce is not readily available online, but the team sent it to me immediately upon request, so wasn't really an issue at all.

MachShip with All Controls
Overall, this company has been a 10/10 company to deal with, and would recommend to anyone who require's different types of freight booked, from road, to air, to overnight, to offpeak, Machship made the whole process so simple and easy to navigate
PROSThe thing about MachShip that stood out the most, is the ability to select the right price, and delivery time for the customer at the time of booking the freight. Save's so much hassle getting rates from different carrier's when they can be placed on the same site for viewing in the same window... "Genius"
CONSWould always appreciate a discount on pricing, but who doesn't! On a serious note though, We had a couple of teething issues when we first signed up, but the customer support helped us through those within minutes of sending an email to their support team, so as far as a "least" not much more to report...

Superb
Machship was a breeze to implement and this experience has carried on while it is in use.
PROSMachship is incredible easy to use for people at all levels of the organisation. A range of features which are imperative in helping us manage our ever growing freight costs.
CONSI'll let you know when I find one. Currently haven't found any issues.

Great solution and customer service
Our business experience with MachShip is very good. Customer service, Supply chain, Claims departments now have a central point to access PODs, tracking and connote information.
PROSI love their customer support. I like the possibility to self maintain the settings and workflows.The integration was very easy and the ability to talk through API is an awesome feature.
CONSNot much I don't like. I haven't explored all the functions yet.

Their was no modern development happening on the previous software, any little change had to go through the supplier. They couldn't support Startrack APIs.

Review of MachShip freight management
Our business with MachShip has been great, we have had little to no issues since we started using them almost 8 months ago now
PROSI absolutely love being able to compare multiple freight companies pricing and ETAs via a centralised system.It has saved us hours in time, rather than having to go to multiple freight websites and get individual quotes. Let alone the money we have saved by selecting the cheapest freight options for the freight carriers we have setup in our system.
CONSThe only negative I have been able to find is that I've found the MachShip tracking can be a little delayed compared to the tracking from the official freight carrier.

Machship
We are pleased with our experience so far and are looking to benefit from it even more once we have our melbourne warehouse up and running in the new year.
PROSWe set this up so we could have our freight all leaving from the one portal. We also set it up so our clients would be automatically notified once a shipment left us.
CONSI had a lot of trouble understanding some of the user guide information when we were setting up and we ended up getting Machship support to do a lot of this for us which did cost us a bit extra. I also do believe that it would be good to have an option to view every single consignment under All Consignments which includes the pending ones instead of having them as two seperate lists.

Definitely a plus for our business.
Overall Machship has helped streamline our dispatch process making it easier to know where our jobs are and when our customers can expect them to be delivered.
PROSI like the simple and straightforward layout, and the ease with which jobs can be added. I liked being able to import customer addresses en masse. Having frequent locations and frequent items makes job entry fast and easy. I like the layout of the consignment screen because it makes data entry very easy. The online help articles and customer support team are excellent.
CONSThe 'Companies' section isn't intuitive and it's not very clear what the purpose is or how to set it up.

MachShip Best Freight Management Software
MachShip integrations with freight carriers, e-commerce websites & ERP make it a powerful freight management software. These integration capabilities helped us to increase our productivity and efficiency. MachShip has enabled us to provide a better customer experience. The support from the MachShip team is phenomenal.
CONSMachShip is complex to understand from an admin point of view, but the Machship team helps you to overcome this hurdle.

Fantastic Product!
Easy to use product that saves heaps of time. From creating consignments to reconciling invoices, our entire logistics process is made simple. Customer service is great and team is helpful in resolving issues
