Great product, Great service

Not only is this an incredible product, the service we receive is second to none. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are prompt and know the product inside and out.

Pros

What I like most about this product is ease of use. It's almost as if you don't need to be trained, its very intuitive. Also, the initial rollout was seamless and we were on a very tight timeframe.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about this product.

Reasons for switching to Magnus TMS

We had a horrible time with the last software we were using... it crippled us. We were referred by a few other companies to this software and it was definitely the right move!

Great Business Partner

Pros

We have used this software for years now and it has greatly improved our productivity. The support group is bar none! There are no dumb questions with them. They are there for us at any time. They have always accommodated us within feasibility of any special projects.

Cons

Sometimes the system upgrades will show some error message. They address it immediately, sometimes before we ask.

It was the best of different software that we looked at. It offered almost everything we would need being in a unique industry of carhauling.

Overview of services

Absolutely great, best customer service and resolution team I have ever worked with in IT arena and I have been in this business for 40 years.

Pros

Easy data flow and simple to understand as a user for the most part. If there are ever any questions, I simply contact support and a member of the support team answers back within minutes and I am good to go.

Cons

I would like to see more intergration with other accounting packages (IE Quickbooks) to further automate invoicing and claims processing.
