Robust, and lost of customizable options. Able to handle very large Fleets. Integration with other corporate systems
Needs an engineer to configure. Very expense to purchase, operate and especially to customize / adapt

Great TMS for larger companies but it is difficult to use and hard to train new users on. The software is very complex.

I used this for 6 months at my previous brokerage company and while it was easy enough to learn, it needs some work.
Pretty much covers all aspects I required for the loads I was building and running.
It's obvious too many people worked on this then everything was put together in one package. Calendars set up differently from one section to another, in windows the scroll bars and maximize window buttons on right side are half hidden, slow refresh, "ok" and "save" buttons in different locations throughout the entire package, search functions are case sensitive and returns no results if incorrect...I could go on and on.
I think it has potential but it truly needs a bit of polishing and tweaking from what it currently is. I'll look at this product some more with my current demands alongside other TMS software before I make a decision.
