The engineer that deployed the customisation (detailed above) personally deploys each update to our OneShip to ensure the new version does not cause any issues with the customisation. (We do pay an annual 'support' fee for the customisation to cover this, but this is minimal and guarantees there are no issues when updates are applied). Cons: The process can be a little slow at times - but this could be related to the speed the 3rd party can respond to the request. We had to ask for customisation to include package insurance on the booking with the courier (which I would have expected to be a 'standard' feature).
