Great service, makes your job easier
Overall, Outvio helps me save a lot of time.
PROSOutvio makes printing labels and shipping out orders much faster.
CONSIssues with couriers, but rarely. Probably Outvio is not even to blame here.

We have been using Outvio for over a year now and we can say that it is the best partner for our ecommerce business. Outvio has helped us streamline our shipping and returns process, improve our customer service, enhance our brand image and boost our post-checkout marketing. Outvio integrates seamlessly with many domestic and international couriers, allowing us to choose the best option for each order. It also lets us print shipping labels in bulk and set smart shipping rules based on various criteria. Outvio is a global solution that works well for multi-country and multi-warehouse operations. We highly recommend Outvio to anyone who wants to take their ecommerce business to the next level.
PROSWhat we like the most on Outvio is the flexibility and convenience it offers us. We can easily switch between different couriers depending on the destination, price and delivery time. We can also customize our shipping labels and tracking pages with our logo and brand colors. Outvio also helps us reduce the hassle of returns by providing a self-service portal for our customers. Outvio makes our ecommerce operations more efficient and professional.
CONSIntegrating Outvio with different couriers can be time-consuming. However, Outvio’s support team is very helpful and responsive. (The issues we faced were not caused by Outvio, but by the couriers themselves).

Great service for any online seller
Integration with prestashop and ability to quickly prepare orders for shipping is a lifechanger for us. Covid made shipping prices skyrocket and with these guys we also were able to lower our shipping prices significantly which

CONSIt would be cool to have some sort of automated price calculation integrated into prestashop but that's not a necessity. Setting it up manually doesn't take long.

Best partner for your company

A software for do business easy
For me the orders tracking page, and the delivery company prices integration are the most important features on this software.
CONSyou have to paid too much money if you want to have more than 1 warehouse.

Great customer support
We got help from the technical team to integrate to our shipping company. It is always easy to get in contact with the support team through live chat and they always do their best to solve any issues as soon as possible.
CONSWe have some business customers ordering through our website and we would like to use another shipping service for them. If there was a way to set a shipping rule with weight + private/company that would be a great feature for us.

Estamos trabajando con ellos desde hace más de un año y finalmente decidimos terminar nuestra asociación. A lo largo de toda nuestra colaboración, NUNCA hemos recibido ningún apoyo por parte de su servicio al cliente. Los tickets se cierran sin resolver y se niegan a responder, ayudar o entender el problema. Utilizamos su opción de transporte y, cuando la mercancía se perdió, afirman que tomará meses reembolsar el dinero, argumentando que no es su problema. Si deseas tener un negocio exitoso, te recomiendo encarecidamente que no trabajes con OUTVIO, ya que no será beneficioso para ti. Solo recopilan dinero y crean problemas sin ningún tipo de respaldo.
PROSNo tiene ningún ventaja. No atienden al correo no al teléfono. No resolvían las problemas o incidencias.
CONSAusencia total de asistencia y ayuda al cliente. En caso de pérdida del paquete, no se reembolsa el dinero, atribuyendo la responsabilidad a la compañía de transporte. A su vez, la compañía de transporte afirma que el problema debe ser resuelto por quien firmó el contrato con ellos, en este caso, Outvio. Se genera un círculo vicioso con la pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

Una gran herramienta para gestionar todos los procesos posteriores a la compra
Llevamos 5 meses usando Outvio para la gestión de procesos posteriores a la compra en nuestro site (Seguimiento de pedidos, gestión de devoluciones, asignar operador logístico en función del destino), y no podemos estar más satisfechos con esta herramienta.Ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas.
PROSNos ha permitido mejorar los procesos de seguimiento de envíos y devoluciones, el picking en almacén, y una optimización y flexibilidad a la hora de establecer los operadores logísticos.También disponen de un rápido y atento servicio de soporte, y tienen en cuenta la opinión del cliente de cara a implementar futuras mejoras.
CONSPara gestión internar necesitamos una serie de informes de devoluciones que actualmente no están disponibles en Outvio... pero que se han comprometido a implementar en los próximos meses.

No busques más... Outvio es lo que necesitas
Es fácil de usar, extremadamente completo. Tiene todas las funcionalidades que necesitas y muchas más. Nosotros tenemos tienda online y trabajamos con Prestashop. Nos ha ayudado a automatizar infinidad de tareas que a diario nos robaban demasiado tiempo.... Y por el camino hemos encontrado funcionalidades extra que nos han servido de muchísima ayuda y a evitar errores. Por si fuera poco, la atención al cliente "humana" e instantánea... No he probado los otros, pero ni se me pasa por la cabeza. Me quedo con Outvio
CONSNo he tenido problemas. Desde el minuto 1 he ido de la mano del equipo que me han ayudado a solucionar todos los contratiempos que surgían sobre la marcha. En un día estábamos funcionado sin errores.

Lo tiene todo a precios muy competitivos

La app para envios.
Es la aplicación que utilizo para gestionar los envíos de shopify y otras plataformas todo en 1. Es facil de utilizar, tiene soporte al cliente y multiples opciones. Puedes integrar tu contrato o hacer los envios con sus tarifas. Tambien facilitan las devoluciones.

Plataforma recomendable para la logística de tu ecommerce
Recomendamos 100% utilizar Outvio si tienes un ecommerce, porque te permitirá automatizar la logística y te ahorrará mucho tiempo y errores tanto en envíos, como devoluciones,... Es una plataforma con muchísimas funcionalidades que te ayudará a mejorar tu negocio sin lugar a dudas.
CONSDe momento no he tenido ningún problema. Al principio tuvimos problemas para sincronizarlo con Prestashop, pero gracias al equipo técnico, lo solucionamos muy rápido.
