Saves time and money.
PROSRadley support is amazing. Easy to use software.
CONSIt does take some time to get used to it. A bit difficult without support. Once you work with it for a bit it becomes easy to navigate.

It works
Overall from the user perspective it seems to be good. The issues come at the back end of things.
PROSInterface is user friendly. Runs on android handhelds. Ability to take pictures and upload to ERP system.
CONSSpeed of software changes. Inefficiency of database size. Some transactions take some time to perform.

Expensive and Slow
Our experience has been fair, between the costs of the equipment / service and slow service to make changes to our program.
PROSHaving the ability to scan / transfer our inventories has help us with accuracy and efficiency, also giving us ability to easily locate parts.
CONSThe process of scanning / processing our shipping labels is very slow. When the system checks for accuracy, the check can take up to 10 seconds, requiring our shipping team to spend hours a day scanning labels. We are now paying Radley to make changes to the program, expensive and the process has been slow.

Review
Allows us to eliminate an outside warehouse management system and have one system of record with IFS.
PROSCustomizability. Ability to build it to suit our needs. Excellent customer service and implementation team. Thorough process review. Ease of linking to IFS applications.
CONSAdministrative set up wasn't the most user friendly. I think some of this is because of the ability to customize to suit your needs.
