We find the Address Correction summary useful in helping reduce that cost where possible, and we find the score helpful as a quick "at a glance" for any potential issues.

I like the reporting, I like that I can see which orders have been refunded so that I can in turn refund our customers for late shipments. I also like the dashboard.

I wish I could use the agreement management with the free subscription but i understand that you need to have something for people to pay for.

Overall I've had a great experience with Reveel.

They do a good job at helping ID areas of improvement. The system is relatively easy to use as well, and you can get up and running pretty easily.

As far as I am aware, they are missing an API connection, or when I've reached out for assistance to get an API connection I have been told they will work on getting that. Collecting this data in our data warehouse would be extremely helpful to automate my analysis and dashboards.

Friendly user interface and straightforward tool to review shipments.

Only a portion of our overall shipments is represented due to our carrier usage. Wish all transactions were represented so we could utilize the reporting/analytics.

I Like that I can see all the numbers very easily, and they let you know if you should change an address so you don't get charged over and over for address corrections.
