Best customer service around for any software!

Pros

This product is very easy to use. It's very quick to process to complete. If you have any questions or problems with Shipcaddie they are either a phone call away or any easy click on the help desk link. They have never disappointed me in the steps they took to resolve a problem or question. I highly recommend this software and company and give them a 5 star review without hesitation. Thank you Shipcaddie for your "We can do attitude!"

Cons

There is nothing at this point that makes the product difficult to use. However, they are still working on some integration with Woo Commerce that would automatically upload my orders to shipcaddie. This isn't a big deal for me because I can handle the orders fine the way it is. Just a nice added benefit when it is complete.

Great company to work with. Always wanting to improve my experience

Pros

The software is was easily implemented, and ShipCaddie's service was with us every step. Work that would have taken us a couple of hours has been cut in half thanks to ShipCaddie

Cons

They implemented a new feature that took some time to get used to. Not sure if its a con because now that I know how to use it I love it!

Not Ready for Prime Time

They had a great trial period and pricing was competitive and sales folks were responsive to questions, but it just lacked too many necessary features to make it a workable platform.

Pros

Software has a lot of potential, including a discount on overall shipping costs and desire of staff to reach out for feedback.

Cons

Lacking several business features and basic functions necessary to ship packages.
