Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: I really like the ability to hold orders back, split orders and have real time visibility of where the order is at in the flow of the warehouse. Cons: There isn't anything I don't like. I would say it is fantastic software and our only difficulty has been on the other side with the warehouse that is using it. Sometimes they batch print labels, they aren't able to include gift notes, etc. This is not the software's fault, but it does bring to light the issues we are having on the warehouse side. Reasons for choosing Shipfusion ShipFusion owns the warehouses and they have an in-house development team. It is great that they are not outsourcing any of the steps to getting our product fulfilled. Reasons for switching to Shipfusion We didn't have access to Shopify Fulfillment Networks WMS so we were never able to do anything with the orders. Cons: Just a thought: it would be nice to automate some of the manual tasks involved with importing new inventory (i.e. automatically generating new SKU codes). They are some of my most trusted parents, and I know I can count on them. Ship Fusion's portal is the best 3PL WMS I've used so far. It is one of my most important tools, from reporting to projects and live data. Their WMS is incredible.
