Great Product

PROS

Using SmartTracker allows customers, suppliers, and logistics companies to input to a single platform, with some of the features automated, to allow for consistent tracking of materials due, in-transit, and received.

CONS

As with any system requiring input, it's only as good as the companies/people inputting (and acquiring order and shipment) data. If there was ever a way to tie into manufacturing platforms, it would be even better.

Great Tracking and Communication Tool

PROS

Very straightforward and easy to use. All the information is presented on a single screen and multiple users can all access the same information (and add their own updates)!

CONS

The interface is easy to use, but you still have to get suppliers to log into the system. For frequent and higher volume suppliers this is not an issue but for one-off suppliers and purchases there may be less compliance with using the system.
