Great product with great features
The data visualizations within the tool are a huge help when determining where to focus our efforts. I specifically enjoy the categories page as a quick visualization of current state. The ability to drill down quickly from the category level to the individual supplier level detail has been instrumental in our supplier strategy development.
CONSDeveloping custom reports and dashboards does take additional education and practice. The user interface around this space continues to get updates and improvements and has become easier to use. The SpendHQ team really listens to the feedback from the power users and is rapidly advancing any deficits the tool has today.

Supplier Sourcing Management Made Easy Using Spend HQ
Managing Supplier Agreements in one place and as a Main Admin User I am able to promptly provide documents to our company team members without having to reach out to our Supplier Account Rep for a copy. This helps our buyers negotiate new renewal terms and discounts to save the company money.
PROSThe software provides "AT A GLANCE" ability to view Supplier Agreements and Terms all in one place and takes away the limited access we once had because our Contracts were held by each Requestor/Buyer and there was no one managed location to review the Supplier Status. And able to add Buyer email expiration notices to buyers that are not a licensed user.
CONSNeeds a place to include in the Documents Module a place for Supplier Account Reps Name, Email, Ph#. Also to include a place to keep the Accounting Cost Center # and ability to have more room in the NOTES section. 200 characters is good but 250 would be better.

Spend HQ Review
Tool could have more features to be more helpful with category management and tier 2 reporting but I think we are having issues even with the basics
PROSIn the 8 months that I've worked with the software, I felt that the ease of use was on the high end of the spectrum and fairly quickly adapted and utilized the dashboards that my team set up.
CONSI've had issues with the data accuracy from spend hq side (changing data from quarter to quarter), system being down multiple times in the same day and no notifications at times, and no accountability- supplier io information feed incorrect and spend hq not owning up to it. Customer service has been subpar too.

PROSSpend visibility
CONSCategories drift and you have to stay after it. For instance, yesterday I found a Temp Staffing agency with $560K spend that wasn't in the staffing category.

Great leadership team, clear direction and clearly sitting at the top of their market segment.
PROSSpend HQ has been built by sourcing and procurement professionals who really are subject-matter experts in this domain. This means you get access to world-class tech and a team that will make you successful right from the get-go. Their pedigree speaks for itself in working for some of the world's largest and most successful companies.
CONSIt would be interesting to see whether there is a more mid-market solution that can be offered that has a lighter set of functionality and lower entry fee for those that don't need such a capable engine & service.
