Pulling information from the API works really well and feeds into our downstream processes and reporting using Azure ADF - the website documentation was useful in setting this up. I needed to build a process to capture the date the return status changed (i.e. pre-transit, in-transit) on a daily basis for our reporting and it was worth knowing to generally use the order number in the product section of the JSON for reporting purposes but these were minor things. However they're happy to help with providing workarounds where necessary. This is a very tiny issue and I don't think I can think of any examples that haven't been resolved.
