My favorite part of this system is the WMS, it is user friendly and has so much to offer when it comes to receiving, storage, fulfilling, and shipping orders.

Integrations with ecommerce platforms is limited. Support hours are also limited to east coast time, not 24/7 like most applications.

Support most of all features require for 3PL and fulfillment company. Integration with eCommerce sites are very effective.

It's ease of use and having access to our inventory in the cloud makes my work easier and more flexible in terms of being able to work from different locations.

Ve never found a challenge I couldn’t tackle with the WMS & OMS.

Because its so massive it can be intimidating introducing new internal people here at our shop to get in and use.

We have been able to keep better track of inventory and support team is responsive.

We were live from Day 1 with minimal issues. We have been live for nearly 8 months now and have yet to experience a system error.

Customer support is amazing , budget allocation can be automated but can also be manually controlled.

Unable to use for tap & pay but perhaps this is a feature that I didn't explore.

They can set up the card by budget, which is good in sense but difficult and confusing in visibility.

I happy that the service exists, as it is in better than either an expensive ERP to a simple excel passed controlling with a bank account.

Volopay can't do a bulk transfer, there's no information in the platform why transfer failed,, we need to ask to Support Team & we can't move balance in cards to bill pay usd / sgd.

We've had a good experience with Volopay and would definitely recommend it to other businesses like ours which have a volume of forex payments on cards and regular bills.

Responsive and efficient. Easy upload of receipts facility helps keep track and quick migration to XERO or other software for compilation.

Tracking money use very good, have a list of expense.

Overall this a good platform easy to use & also the customer service is very helpfull.

Instant payment possibility helps a lot when as a startup you want a simple and flexible process to keep your subscriptions paid - either by Credit Card or by a relatively quick payment function.

User interface (from an administrator perspective) is very easy to use, intuitive.

Love the virtual card function and gives us the ability to use debit cards worldwide.

Easy implementation, great customer service, very well integrated to Xero. Cashback on foreign currency spend means the system pays for itself and more.

The overall ease of experience while working on it. The effective ways and features that allows to have a very good control and ease to manage the spending.

The volopay platform is easy to use, offers competitive exchange rates and low charges so this is our preferred forex payment platform.

The debit card doesn't support USD which is the currency we use.

Volopay has made it easy to use our business cards, all the while giving access to spend reports and receipts management.

Apart from amazing product, the support team is amazing. Always ready to help and listens to feature requests.

Ease of using by various people & allow me to control their spending.

Overall is good, with fast support online who can resolve my issues quickly.

I like the multi-currency and the account integration feature.
