ViewPoint Logistics is an on-premise third-party logistics (3PL) solution that helps businesses to manage various activities of the supply chain process such as storage, handling and distribution of materials.
ViewPoint Logistics offers functionality in warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), demand planning, vendor-managed inventory, order fulfillment, event management and visibility and inventory management. The solution's WMS integrates with their TMS module and provides tracking and analysis functionalities to the users.
ViewPoint Logistics supports Radio Frequency enabled processes and is compatible with various mobile devices, enabling remote usage. Data on the 3PL operations can be delivered via reports and charts in real time via solution's HighViews and Action Grids. The spreadsheet-style interface allows users to monitor, organize, analyze and manipulate data. ViewPoint's electronic document handling feature helps businesses to manage and transfer documents from a single source.
Support is offered via phone and an online ticket submission portal.

Satisfied with Maves WMS
Pros
The software is very comprehensive and handles our business needs well. The onsite and ongoing training provided is thorough and easy to understand. I especially like the Highview programming; it puts information at your fingertips with just a couple clicks of the mouse.
Cons
There seems to be an overwhelming amount of custom work required. Any custom work requires more money. You really need to over-budget by almost double what you anticipated. There really is not much you can do internally to modify programs even slightly to fit into your business.

Pros
They have excellent service and people. We've been with them over 15 years. The product has been upgraded and revamped based on current 3PL industry needs. They have great tools built into the system and offer great visibility to key information.
Cons
In the past, it was sometimes difficult to integrate with third-party software.
