The onsite and ongoing training provided is thorough and easy to understand. I especially like the Highview programming; it puts information at your fingertips with just a couple clicks of the mouse. Cons: There seems to be an overwhelming amount of custom work required. Any custom work requires more money. You really need to over-budget by almost double what you anticipated.
