- We are 3pl company and we have multiple customers with us with different types of inventory. We were in search for best WMS which can fulfill our requirements.
- Various reports helps to get detailed analysis required for business.
Cons
- I really don't have any point to dislike Vin Eretail as of now.
- Some times it is pathetic as some one login into another system with same login it will logout your system and all your selection or work will be discarded.
Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
