Intuitive, powerful, app-based WMS that will evolve with your business

The WithoutWire team is amazingly responsive. As with all SaaS implementations and operations, we run into minor issues from time to time, but we've always found that the WoW team is immediately available and responsive. They work with us to ensure that issues are resolved quickly, and are available 24/7 to support us during all operational times. Additionally, their platform has been extremely stable and we've experienced very little downtime over the last 4 years.

Pros

The front-end app based interface is intuitive and easy for our team members to learn. Having the ability to use iOS and Android devices for our operations allows for a wide variety of applications, giving each team member the right tool for their work environment. It also allows our management team to have the app on their company phones, giving them the ability to support our teams at any time.

Cons

For cloud-based tenants, reporting currently defaults to GMT instead of the users local time. We've found that this creates some challenges for our administrative functions, as our team has to manually adjust timestamps from report outputs to calculate transaction times.

Reasons for Choosing WithoutWire

WithoutWire provided the most robust solution without requiring an extensive (and expensive) implementation. Being a smaller company in a specialized industry, we were looking for a nimble WMS that would be able to adapt and grow with us. We were able to go live with WoW in 30 days, implementing a fully customized solution that fit our budget. Best of all, we didn't face the typical implementation hurdles you experience with other WMS providers.

WOW and DYNGP

The entire team is an excellent choice and partner for all inventory projects.

Pros

Implementing WOW for Dynamics GP solves problems with real time inventory accuracy and streamlines the transaction workflow to DYNGP. I especially like the platforms adaptation to IOS devices.

Cons

Adapting to license plates was a new concept for warehouse workers.

WOW was simply the best choice.

Appolis

WMS works very well in our warehouse environment. We are challenged with multiple distribution timelines that require unique solutions to accomplish. Appolis was able to assist in achieving solutions to manage the code life of our products both to separate DC's and to the end customer. Quick response and great customer care are key components of the success of our current implementation period.

Pros

Ties in nicely to Great Plains. Web Console is user friendly. Handheld layout is easy to navigate and user friendly. Great solution-based support team always available to assist and problem solve.

Cons

Web Console needs more reports and the ability to create custom reports internally (like GP Smartlist).

We implemented our WMS over a year and a half ago with Appolis. The system was quite easy to implement and use. We needed our WMS to be customized to fit our unique work flows and Appolis had no problem in doing so. It has dramatically changed the way our warehouse runs. It has given us the tools to efficiently manage inventory, procurement, order fulfillment and warehouse activities. The improvements are vast! They also have outstanding support and training! Appolis is a Great company to work with. I would strongly recommend Appolis to anyone looking to implement a WMS.

Pros

I enjoy working with Appolis and their staff and would 100% recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any Cons!
