Our telephone systems are failing and we find it increasingly difficult to get hold of clients from time to time.I find that 90% of the time when we can't get hold of them via phone, we can send them an SMS, that will reach them and they can respond. What might be an issue from time to time, is that clients don't seem to read their SMSs because they're relying on other Social Media platforms as their main form of communication.
