Does exactly what I need it to do in a simple, very fast way.

Instant communication and increased sales.

Pros

Running a coffee truck I need to bypass HR and speak straight to potential buyers in office buildings and areas we visit. Social media is great but has very little organic reach, so, I set up customized keywords for places I visit often, letting my customers opt into places they want to be notified about and it's as simple as sending a text straight to their cell phone. Clearstream is fast, robust, and I do everything from my cell phone with their mobile app. Their support is almost instant so if I ever hit any roadblocks it's immediately taken care of. Seriously consider them for mass communication needs, I think you'll be very happy.

Excellent mass texting system

Clearstream has been faster and easier to use than our previous system and the integration with Planning Center is helping us keep trach of what's going on in our church.

Pros

Ease of use and setup was a big thing for us. This product accomplished that. Integration with social media was a huge plus. Integration with Planning Center was a very big deal for us. We can text the church and have them sign up for events simply by replying to the text with a keyword. Very very awesome.

Cons

The software is unable to send media like pictures and videos. I have been told this feature is on the feature request list, though. If you run out of credits, it is VERY expensive to buy additional credits for the month.

Reasons for Switching to Clearstream

EZ Texting did not have a mobile app, and it was more expensive for us.

The fix we've been looking for!

We absolutely LOVE Clearstream! It is the final fix to a problem we've faced for many years. As Student Pastor, I send out a lot of texts communicating to our parents and students alike. We've used other services that weren't reliable or didn't work for some of our subscribers. Clearstream is an absolute home run for us. We have consistent, reliable communication being received by all our subscribers every time. It's easy to setup, easy to use keywords, the opt in feature is EXACTLY what we were looking for, and the price literally can't be beat. If you're looking for the best option for text communications, you'll find it with Clearstream.

Pros

Ease of use, setup, text to subscribe feature, use of keywords, reliability to hit all subscribers

Cons

My one complaint with Clearstream is that I would like to see more available characters per text. To get out all the info I need to communicate, I find myself using 2 credits with almost every text.

I used a trial of other services and they just didn't make the cut. Clearstream was the clear choice from the get go.

Reasons for Switching to Clearstream

This was an old app I found almost a decade ago and the app developers had clearly given up on it. It was never updated and just didn't fit our needs anymore.

Clearstream early user

Good ease of use, but costly for Australian customers, limited length on messages can cause frustrations, and credits don't rollover.

Pros

The software and web portal are vey easy to use, and it integrates well with our other database system.

Cons

The limited characters make sending longer text messages a big problem for us. The cost of use is also expensive in Australian, and as we can't rollover credits to the next month, this is a big hit for us to loose any credits.
