Easy to implement and clear navigation
I've used Jojka in several roles, both as a consultant and as in-house marketing responsible. I appreciate the fact that it's easy to get started and the Jojka team is always available for assistance!
PROSThe Klaviyo integration is very smooth and helpful in daily work. It takes just a day to get up and running with smart segmented SMS marketing.
CONSThe reporting could be improved. Also, I sometimes need to log out and in again to be able to access the integrations.

User-friendly and straightforward
I recently started using Jojka's SMS platform with integration to Klaviyo for my business and have been extremely impressed with the results. The integration with Klaviyo has been seamless, and the SMS platform itself is easy to use and offers a variety of features to customize campaigns. Jojka is the best current solution for Sweden
Good
PROSEasy to use and able to use in Sweden. A lot of international marketing companies do not offer SMS-marketing in Sweden yet.
CONSThe fixed monthly price is a little bit too high.

Great integrations, super eazy to use!
The integration with our ESP is perfect, very easy to use, never had a real issue with the platform. Service is fast and good when you need it.
CONSI have no real suggestions for improvements.

Great customer service + good software
Good software that does what it's supposed to do. I haven't used the Klaviyo integration that much yet but think that will make life a lot easier too. Customer service is very personal and speedy which is a big plus
CONSThe interface and analytics could use a redesign (new analytics dashboard already in the pipeline)

Creating fast and easy SMS campaigns and marketing automation
It's easy to use and the integration with Klaviyo is seamless. The feature that I like the most is using sms in marketing automation flows to communicate with customers in a smarter way. It's an opportunity to be hyper-relevant and save time on not have to create segmentation and manual one-time sendings.

Easy to use and great customer service
The integration with Klaviyo, and to be able to send text messages based on if email subs for example have opened an email or not.Have only had positive experiences with Jojka's customer service. Always very personal and helpful!
CONSMainly the UI and reporting dashboard - but I guess that will be improved fairly soon.
