Great software for SMS campaigns and personalized marketing
Project broadcast allows me to create and schedule SMS marketing campaigns that are personalized. I'm able to use short codes if I wanted and create highly engaging content to go to the right person at the right time.
CONSThere's nothing that I didn't like about it. It's easy to get set up to get a phone number and connect to your CRM or other marketing platforms.

Can't Live Without
Couldn't do my business without it. Its a fantasitc product, fair price, and great customer service.
PROSBeing able to schedule messages, create campaigns to auto send.
CONSSetting up campaigns with keywords, and trigger is a bit tricky sometimes.
Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast
It was claleed EZ Blast, which isn't in the drop down options. (3rd party - [sensitive content hidden]'s Office, also used bomb bomb) Too many errors, wrong sends. Complicated to use. Customer Service was horrible.

Time Saving Business Tool
I can't imagine running my business with out Project Broadcast. It saves me hours of time each week. I use it daily in my business.
PROSProject Broadcast allows me to the ability to schedule customer services one time verses trying remember to come back and touch base with my customers.
CONSLearning to use the campaigns. They are a life savor, bit just takes a little time to learn it all. The countdown campaigns eliminated the struggle to get timing right.

When I switched to Project Broadcast is was simply to reduce my costs. PB was a better price at that time.

Non-profit Loves PB
Excellent! Just referred several friends to PB. I've tried 5 different sms messaging services and this one is by far the BEST!
PROSThe ease of using and setting up the system. Scheduling and Campaigns allow text to be created but sent at a specific time. The cost for our charity is very reasonable. The support staff is prompt and thorough. Management goes above and beyond excellent service to take into consideration we are a non-profit. At first I didn't understand Aiva, but now, couldn't live without it! The ease of using the system on the computer and phone app and simple and easy.
CONSJust a couple of things...excited about the email and can't wait to have the tools in one place. Only other thing would love if unread messages were color coded online. Can we please have a short cut at the bottom of the text message box next to Aiva since almost every text includes their "first name".

Loving this app
Overall, I’m really enjoying it! I’m only a month (or so) in, and it’s already overall better than the last service.
PROSI like most that I have multiple benefits and options in this service. I like that I can have 1-on-1 chats (and not get charged each message) AND I can also send schedules or mass messages (which is worth the fee).
CONSThe interface is a little different than what I’ve used before, so it’s finding how to get to everything efficiently. It would be nice to have a create new message option and select my contact than having to find them each time, go into their contact, and then hit the ••• and then new message.

Our whole team switched, so it made sense for duplication. Skipio also had additional charges.

Amazing investment!
I love Project Broadcast! It has suited my needs for my Business and well worth the investment!
PROSI love that I can schedule campaigns anytime I need it to go out via a mass text for events or sales I run
CONSNot sure how to set up things within in. Like setting up recurring bday messages , follow up texts etc . Would love a step by step document on how to do this versus videos.

I've been using PB for several years, and I find the read rates incredibly high. I enjoy the personalized mass texting, trackable links, etc., and I'm a satisfied customer. Reducing the price point per message and increasing uploading features would only make me enjoy it more.
PROSPB is easy to use, and the tutorials ("school") are very helpful for teaching me how to use PB to its full capacity.
CONSIt would be great to be able to attach more / larger media. The price point is also a bit high for the modern age.

Love this!
I love the simplicity of it! It’s user friendly and really thought of everything. The AI feature is the cherry on top I believe it brings so much confidence to the user in their messaging
CONSI don’t like the errors I get on certain messages wish I knew exactly why it was happening. Doesn’t happen often which is good

PB for the Win
It’s been wonderful growing my business alongside PB. Where suggestions were made, changes were implemented. When issues arise, PB responds with why and consistently works proactively as much as possible to prevent delivery delays because of carrier changes, laws, etc.
PROSI love that PB keeps in personal contact with me clients. I can easily make calls from my business number, send personalized messages, even leave voicemails so clients hear from me when they have time.
CONSThere are so many incredible features: campaigns (and all the different styles), landing pages, attachments, bundles, configurable forms, contests…but I’m not sure how to use these features.

The vibe from the marketing, Jake Dempsey’s presentation at Zoom team meeting, and word-of-mouth from other users.
Reasons for switching to Project Broadcast
Skipio was way more expensive and did not deliver. PB walked me through how to transfer my number - without that assistance, I would not have switched.

BEST CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION TOOL SINCE CELL PHONES!
I can't brag about them enough. Their customer service is amazing, their price is great for what I get, Project Broadcast changed my business and boosted my sales 10x
PROSCustomers don't have time to talk, but everyone text's. I use texting to find leads through broadcast texts, and then maintain communication throughout the sales process. I love the templates, they make everything I would normally type in an email, automated, with pre-made templates for the same message. I also love voice drop. I can leave a message that sounds like I were speaking to them, when actually it was pre-recorded. It drops into their voice mail without disturbing their day.
CONSEach text cost money. I would rather be charged "per customer" that I text because I text back and forth many times throughout the sales process. Some "chat programs" might be cheaper overall, but I like Project Broadcast's variety of communication tools.

Dave, thanks for your review! For clarity, you are not charged when you are in a 1:1 conversation with a contact! You are charged for your automated messages from Keywords, Campaigns, Broadcast Messages etc but once you get into a 1:1 conversation, those messages don't use your credits.

Project Broadcast is Great!
Mass Texting allows me to text numerous customers at one time.
CONSI would like the opportunity to use multiple photos when mass texting. At present you can only use one or pic collage to have multiple photos.

I love it! It was worth the time invested to learn the program because it has saved me countless hours!
PROSPB allows me to connect with my customers and team more effectively. I can reach a large audience with a short time investment. It allows me to reach them on a more personal level which makes my marketing more effective. It also gives me freedom in my time to schedule my messaging when I have the time, rather than being constantly on my phone. I communicate when it’s convenient for me!
CONSLearning all the locations of the features can be confusing. Some of the icons/symbols are not the norm so took time to learn.

Best Bang for your Buck!
I love PB. It is easy to use and has almost everything you could possibly need to stay connected with your customer base via text. It's so much more personal because it is a real number and is so easy to use.
PROSI love how much time it saves me to be able to easily set up a set of messages for my customers and stay in contact with them regularly and easily!
CONSI can't use PB as a verification number for things like FB and such as it won't allow text messages from those types of things to come through.

Family friendly too!
I do like the overall idea and quality of pb that I have actually suggested it to family members for kids going to college and then wanting to make make family announcements, as opposed to a 'group text' this way everyone gets the individual message without everyone seeing and getting every single reply to the message, it's nice to be able to get personal messages when you don't get to see people everyday, especially when you are away from home!
PROSI like that i can set my campaigns for sending now or a week or even a month from now, it's really nice that if a people/customers get added they can receive past messages. I also like that I don't have to worry about removing people if they don't want to get messages for whatever reason, yet I get notified, it's nice to have the training from pb as well.
CONSThere are things about setting up campaigns that I do find frustrating and difficult writing the app that is necessary to use the website/laptop to make it easier to set things up, which can be harder when traveling or trying to quickly set something up that comes up that i may have forgotten or want to quickly add.

Communication game changer for businesses
Overall very good. It has helped with customer retention quite a bit.

CONSHow very specific the landing pages need to be inserted to the text. Numerous times I’ve added a landing page that was then unclickable because it didn’t automatically add to an additional line. I also wish voice clips showed up on the recipient side as a voice clip, not a link
