  • Pros

  • Any time there is an issue, or I have a question, it is resolved quickly. The web app is incredibly easy to use, and API integrations are smooth.
  • The product is very easy to use. The customer service is outstanding.
  • Cons

  • When I keep a session open for a while and come back to do something it gives me error.
  • The pricing is expensive, The Customer Service is horrendous. You'l get an email from someone from Australia so the timezone issue is already a problem.

  • The companion phone app works seamlessly. When a customer purchases new equipment, I can easily schedule a text to go out in the near future to check on them.
  • Ease of use, customer service and functionality.

  • There currently arent any features that we dislike.
  • I think the initial autoresponder was attached to my first message and that looked a little confusing but it wasn't a big deal.
