  • Pros

  • Simple Texting is very easy to use and is great for helping us keep in touch and communicating effectively with our clients.
  • It is an unbelievable tool that lets us speak straight to our potential clients. We get great feedback from our clients because they feel like they have a direct connection to us.
  • Cons

  • This was to prevent SPAM texting, but should be disclosed to users up front, especially API users.
  • A staff member lied to me about what Simpletexting could do. After I pointed out that he was lying, they banned me and suspended my account.

  • Additionally, its integrations with email marketing platforms make it easy to reach a wider audience and improve survey response rates.
  • What I liked the most about using SurveyMonkey was the robust set of features that suited our feedback collection purposes quite comprehensively.
  • Cons

  • The only con is that some of the features you had to pay more for. I was on a basic plan and didn't need a monthly plan so it was unfortunate that I couldn't access all of the features.
  • Also, the amount of ways to pull results can be overwhelming. It’s hard to pull the same report twice.
