Pros
- Hopefully they have an IT team listening to and responding to feedback quick enough to build the platform even further. Thanks again guys for being so awesome x.
- Really good packaging of offerings -- scheduling, analytics, advocacy, campaign management -- all great. Good value for the money.
- What I liked the most about this platform is its comprehensive approach to social engagement. It has an ability to manage and optimize my social media strategies in a scalable and measurable way.
Cons
- You constantly have to reconnect your social profiles without warning. This is a pain if you had a bunch of social scheduled in advance because you don't know it never posted until it's too late.
- Inability to tag when purposing content for LinkedIn or Facebook.
- Inability to copy posts from various listening streams to advocacy board without first posting from business account. Glitchy time zone settings.
Pros
- I love the ease of setting up and using this product. It's very visually pleasing and useful for supporting the overall life of a hashtag and event.
- My team benefits from saving time while searching for media coverage and Meltwater has great reporting analytics to show each client the amazing weekly progress.
- I like that I get a daily digest every morning at 9:30 am that helps me identify opportunities to engage with online users during the day.
Cons
- Tip to your sales team: stop being so aggressive and reading from a script it gets very annoying.
- Avoid this company at all costs. They have unethical and deceptive business practices.
- The customer service and their business practices are just unethical and deceptive.
