Easy to use especially for desk reservations. Great tool to use as some of our staff are going back to the office for work.

Recently, I was able to try out Nspace in Teams and it made the process even more easy because the app was integrated within Teams which I use everyday.

Sometimes if I don't have the permission that I need, I cannot refresh the staff's  attempt to reserve desk. The staff cannot reserve desk when they selected they have Covid by mistake.

The user interface is easy to navigate and was seamless for our staff to use.

That fact that in order to allow boardroom booking we need to turn off MFA for a global admin account. It doesn't make sense to put ourselves at risk to use one of your features.

Balancing number of self assessment questions, to many and it become problematic. Also the feature that allows you to touch a chair to  reserve doesn't always work well on cell phones.

As a User and an Admin, I could not ask for more. Keep up the great work, Nspace.

Flexibility, ease of use and works with Android or IPhone.

With a few clicks, you can book the space desired. From the Admin perspective, controlling which spaces are available from booking and which are reserved using the company's floor plan is excellent.

There are a few missing features but they are slated to come on board Q1 of 2022.

The Nspace team has been amazing. They have been very receptive to all the quirks of our different offices and helped offer solutions to some of the configuration challenges we had across the country.

Adding the area or reservation could be tricky need to add some preset option.

So far a very lovely relationship with our client where the platform was deployed. NSPACE is always willing to improve its product.

Security roles and groups are too granualar. It is very difficult to manage the access rights across the many groups and role since many came oveer from an FMSpace 7.2 conversion.

The overall experience was excellent. Although the space management system was an excellent tool, it still required certain additional capabilities, such as mobile phone compatibility.

The ability to have the freedom to complete task faster with FMCAD.

I have been working with FM Systems for over 10 years and have integrated it with many corporate systems. It is easy to use and train on.

That it can be hard to fix issues without making phone calls. Always a hassle dealing with internal IT and your techs.

Easy to use , can be configured to your business, ASP is reliable , you only buy the modules you need. FM Systems provides great customer support services I have had great experiences.

The out of the box functionality is limited, thus requiring a lot of customization.

Reporting is confusing and not intuitive. Permissions and roles are confusing.

Pretty robust software, helps with all the details we are requiring for our many sites/SF.

The ability to filter the data you want similar to Excel and then export the exact/specific data you want to Excel in just a few clicks is fantastic.

Reporting is difficult to set up. You almost need a coding background.

I like that making changes to views is fairly simple. Also we are able to do a fair amount of stuff without the need for a lot of support help.

FM:Interact is a solid choice for centralizing and organizing a large portfolio such as ours. Ease of use is key and FM:Interact hits the mark.

It is easy to navigate and users quickly pick up on navigating through floor plans and views. Tech support is always on top of my issues and resolves things quickly and efficiently.

Our end users have been pleased with the ease of use and have been exceedingly happy with the amount of data they are able to glean from the system.

No mandatory fields in child views. Slowness in overall website.

Excellent customer service from the entire team.

When running patches, it takes a bit more time due to cutting and pasting data from folders.

The thing I like most is the ability to include the various modules (asset tracking, service requests, etc.) including uploading documents.

AutoCAD Integration is seamless. Floor Plan viewing is easy.

I really like the user interface with the graphics. I like flexibility and ease of use.

I like how simple it is to utilise Space Management and Move Management, which are what we use the most. It was basic and straightforward to learn.

My overall experience has been great. I would definitely recommend this software to other companies.
