Best value for buck Meeting recorder and AI notetaker on the market

Problem: The notetaking during the discovery part in our LIVE demo meetings takes a lot of focus, which leads to the lack of focus on the prospect. Solution: We've customizes MeetRecord's, AI assistant to summarize the meeting and put out notes in the format we want to see. This allowed us to ditch the manual notetaking during our meetings.

PROS

- Their Meeting notetaker is very responsive, which is a problem for other competitor products we've tried - The AI assistant summarizes the notes perfectly - The AI within the notetaker has a great customizability, which really helped us to cut out all the notetaking during our LIVE demos and focus on the meeting itself.

CONS

Nothing really. We've tried a bunch of similar tools and MeetRecords seems to fit our needs the best so far.

PROS

- Very easy for all team to watch the demos we have (Our marketing team gets a lot of insights from there)- AI tool that gives us a better understanding of everything talked in the demo- The support from the team is almost instant!- Very receptive to new ideas and features- Pricing. Is the best tool in this price range, for sure.

CONS

- The integration with CRM is very confusing and is not welcome from a self service perspective. We feel we always need the help of our Success Manager to do things- The AI tool. It's getting there, but still has a lot of problems. Maybe it's because the language spoken is Portuguese (Majority), but it's getting there!

Easy to Use

PROS

The call summary. It's very easy to get tied up in back to back meetings so follow up waits until the end of the day. The summary emails are so helpful in remembering what items I need to send to a potential customer.

CONS

Everything has been great thus far and I'm excited to see what new features MeetRecord comes out with!

Good screen recording with accurate call summary!!

PROS

- Simple and smooth UI interface. Easy to understand and explore. - Good filtering for searching videos. - Ample amount of customizing preferences. -Crystal clear screen recording with amazing call summary. - Very cost effective. - Good AI.

CONS

- The Dashboard may take a considerable amount of time to load at times. - Since all the email notifications are enabled by the platform by default, may overload your inbox with emails.

Great value and service

Really positive, have used it for a while and I like it better than our previous provider

Awesome for followups and notetaking!

PROS

My favorite thing about MeetRecord is the note-taking and the ability to integrate the system with Hubspot.

CONS

I like the analytics and the call score but would love to understand more about what goes into the score so I can better my practices.

It's good to know MeetRecord

Good

PROS

- The product is really simple and ease of use- The support from the team to listen to your feedback is amazing and they did take the action after the discussion which is good- The price is good compare to other solutions

CONS

- The call transcript need to be analyzed deeper like having multiple speaker identified and tagged which is key

Gong just offer too much for a small company therefore we paid overprice for things that we have never used
