The desktop (like your dashboard) has two different viewings, both can give you a great glimpse of where your jobs and candidates are at.

Sometimes the software is very slow- depending on the day you never know. This can be quite frustrating, but overall not a deal breaker.

For our business, JobAdder has been superb. In terms of price, function, and support, it's simply the best.

It doesn't pull the CV the candidate has in the Job Board. This means that candidates abort their application half way through which is putting a barrier in the way.

They offer hands on support and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have a great approach to client service and their Helpdesk is efficient and effective.

From start to implementation it's been  a breeze. I have used 5 different recruitment software solutions and this is by far the best.

Ease of Use, Ample Integrations available for automation, candidate experience and hiring manager portal features are great. Integration to GSuite and social pages.

There is no hiring manager portal. The platform will not integrate with google calendar and it will not send calendar invites.

Pretty user friendly platform, all online so it is accessible wherever you are. Strong network of job board integration.

I like the ease of use and the ability to see and do more than one thing at a time.

Very disappointed with this unprofessional sales approach and has left me feeling very ordinary about how I may promote JobAdder.

This software is brilliant for all things recruitment.

Fairly priced for what you get. Friendly support team and great training manager.

It's difficult to customise to your own business needs and if you have more than one business to post jobs for, you need to switch accounts in the account settings page which can be quite annoying.

If you don't need to integrate with UK Job Boards, JobAdder is a very good system.

Great Software - Can't get anyone on the phone to help.

It is very easy to configure. The product team is continually releasing helpful updates/feature enhancements to improve user experience.

Intuitive, easy to use and slick interface. Adding companies, adding candidates, logging calls and tasks, assigning to colleagues etc, all so easy.

The software is easy to use and has amazing functions that save a lot of time by inputting information. They have a great support team that gets back to you within minutes.

I use the candidate search on a regular basis, I find it saves me time searching for candidates with specific skills. Overall I think JobAdder is an excellent tool.

Also the ability to update candidate information on the fly, while one the phone  easily has made for a database richness that we haven't had before.

The customer support is nice and they try to be helpful with a very poor product.

Great experience, love it and highly recommend.

So comparing performance between these groups is rather difficult and time consuming.

It is very helpful and very responsive in getting the reply of the resources while recruiting.

This product is wonderful in its use for our business since we are speaking with clients and candidates all day long.

Very easy to use and so friendly to others that receive the surveys.

Sense has great features such as integration capabilities with external applications such as Gmail, Applicant Tracking System, etc.

The ability to reach candidates with ease, you can schedule messages for broadcast or select from your integrated platform.

The only issue I've ran into is not paying attention and texting the wrong number by accident cuz had a different screen up.

It was a necessary evil that we had to get good information setup first for it to work properly. Now that we got past the templates and auto messages the software saves tons of time.

I truly enjoy the ability to build out journeys and find all the ways we can reach out customers.

There are some cases that it lags and there's no option to read all messages.

So far so good SenseHQ has definitely been a great tool for us and I would recommend it to everyone.

I personally struggled with creating new alerts for contractors and understanding the audience rules etc.

Love the easy-to-use analytics and admin dashboard. Has skyrocketed our consultant care communications with little work on our end.

The sales/support team has always been responsive and the product works well.

The tech support is great and the data we glean from our target audiences is extremely helpful.

Ease of use; very quick way to communicate with clients and candidates in a channel that they like to communicate in - much more likely to get immediate responses than using e-mail.

Sense Messaging is efficient, business and user friendly, easy to use, prompt reliable and effortless beyond words.

I Don't like how when i use the text message on there as soon as i press enter it sends the message, so it just makes it awkward.
