Excelent ATS!
We had never worked with an ATS before and, after a lot of searching, we came across Recruit CRM, which met all our requirements and is also very easy to use, very intuitive. It is constantly updated and the best thing is that we have an excellent account manager who solves all the doubts that arise.

Recruit CRM
I don't have a bad word to say about the platform or the team. I'm 100& satisfied.
PROSVery intuitive and easy to use. Simple to train new staff on, add-ons such as adding clients and candidates easily are great and saves all our staff a considerable amount of time. They are agile and quick to respond to requests and have never let us down. Candidate flows are a great touch especially with the Kanban board option.
CONSInitially it was the candidate search function but this is vastly improved now

You get way more bang for your buck and it's uncomplicated user experience whilst providing everything a recruiter needs shone out.

Our previous providers platform was expensive and clunky, usability was terrible, pretty much the same as most other products on the market and I have used most of them.

Great! It's been easy to set up and their customer service support team has been great at getting back to me quickly. They also like feedback.
PROSThings are organized and once you understand the settings feature, the workflows are really great. You have lots of options and flexibility. Email tracking is the best!
CONSI'd say that when I get a phone call to open a job (a brand new client)...I have to establish the company name and contact person prior to taking notes on a particular role. It would be nice if we could just start taking notes on the role and then add the contact person/company name afterwards.

Really enjoying Recruit CRM!
Customer service is fantastic! I have never waited in a cue or not have my question answered in a timely manner. I really like when the team sends me videos so I have those as a reference.
CONSWith any tool you can always think of ways to improve but so far the road map is in line with improvements we have wanted to see.

Strong product, supportive team
Overall experience is positive. They were very flexible in scheduling our meetings outside their business hours, and simply were easy to work with and get the job done.

From product, to features through to support - Very Impressed
I spent a long time researching CRMs, demo's plenty. If you are looking for a quick, intuitive system which you can completely tailor to your specific needs, this is a very impressive emerging player in the world of CRM/ATS's. The proactivity and volume of updates in their roadmap is what will make them into a serious player in the not too distant future
PROSThe thing for me is their responsiveness to feedback and the pace of updates that are coming through. If they carry on with this as they are they will be one of the major players in what is a crowded marketplace Also: - Highly customisable - Easy to use - Support through videos and directly speaking with them - Not cumbersome. Minimal clicks.
CONSNothing so far. I would've said about having an open API which I now understand is in the Q4 pipeline

A competitive price point, I could also see the potential and passion they had to play catch up by pushing out a lot of updates and features. Always listen to feedback too and respond very promptly. they have to be in your shortlist to consider

First-In-Class ATS/CRM Software
We view the team at Recruit CRM as a partner. Their product has provided an infrastructure for us to stand out in our field and to successfully grow our business. We have been spoiled by their excellence in customer service and strive to be as accountable to our clients as they are. We could not be happier with the business decision we made when we added Recruit CRM to our team.
PROSThis system allows our entire team, all of whom work remotely and in different time zones, to conduct the business of recruiting and to collaborate with their colleagues for successful candidate acquisition and placement. We simply would not be as successful in recruiting as we are without our partnership with Recruit CRM.
CONSIt's hard to come up with a complaint about Recruit CRM. From the outstanding support we receive to the ease of customization the software affords, we always find a way to solve a problem we may think we have. And when we do find a functionality that isn't available, we usually see that it's been submitted through their feedback channel and either under review or in process by the Recruit CRM team. However, one thing I wish for is a better way to navigate back to previously-viewed records or lists.

Best ATS/CRM I've ever used
RecruitCRM is the dream ATS. Fully functional as both a CRM and an ATS, very easy to use and customize, extremely reasonably priced, and excellent, lightening-fast, competent customer service. I've used 6 ATSes and this one is by far the best.
CONSIf a feature was missing and I mentioned it to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], he found a way for his team to integrate the functionality. A year into using the software, I'm unable to list a con.

Bullhorn is a bully of a company with an out-dated UI. The functionality is largely the same as all other ATS/CRM combos, but they charge on the very high end of the spectrum and offer no customer support.

Easy customizing and top support
Import of data was very easy and can be done by literally everyone. It's a database I can customize easily so it fits perfect for my business. There are constant improvements of the software so it becomes better and better.
PROSBest customer support I've ever had. All questions are answered by the really amazing support team instantly. They even record short videos to explain the solutions for my problems. Additionally the software is very easy to handle and you can customize nearly everything.
CONSI would prefer a German version, but with all the customizing options it's no problem to create own German buttons and fields.

Monthly termination. Fair pricing. Easy handling. Super customizing. Excellent support. Permanent improvements.
Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM
Several options were not available, like an availability date. Every custom field must be created by them and costs money. There's no chat support. Email replies need sometimes more than a day. By phone the support people are not available, you can only ask for callback and then wait for hours or days. Contract terms are one year no monthly option.

Early Customer Perspective
Great development and customer service.
PROSFor the purpose of adding, candidates, clients, interview stages this software executes it all perfectly. It does exactly what we need it to do.
CONSThere are features that our agency doesn't need, but others likely do. I wish we could remove those features but it's more of a visual preference. Other users might have other concerns but our needs are very simple, and those needs are well executed.

There were more CRMs in our evaluation but all had major flaws. Either expensive initial cost and then expensive customizations. Or it was more of a ATS client side but not good for agency. Or it was slow, or bulky, many reasons. We only needed a way to store CVs, Track pipeline, track clients, and track candidates, and this was one of the few CRMs that didn't look terrible in the photos, that actually allowed us to try it out without having to call a sales guy.

The best ATS/Recruiting CRM for power sourcers and headhunters
The best ats/recruiting crm on the market for small agencies/freelance recruiters. I really like that it's a father/son team running the company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is extremely helpful and very intelligent. The kid is going places.
PROSEase of use and that it is organized for maximize efficiency when dealing with a lot candidates. Great sourcers and recruiters understand that the ability to record and access data quickly is arguably the most important aspect of sourcing, and they know sourcing the most important aspect of recruiting.
CONSOnly that it's not finished. They're working on updates rigorously though and will have the vast majority of the features our team will need by November 2019.

For the reasons mentioned previously, it's faster, more efficient and at a better price point than the competitors we assessed.

Too expensive, not enough functionality, too slow to navigate.

Recruit CRM has been an essential daily tool for my business. It is very gratifying to know that of all the vendors I could have chosen they have earned my belief and trust in them. I have been a happy and loyal customer.

Great value for your money along with great support
Overall its been a great experience, we don't feel left on an island, support is there all the time, making recommendations and taking feature requests into consideration and making those changes.

A very user friendly ATS
With RCRM I address my basic recruiter's needs effortlessly, managing jobs, clients, candidatesThe set up and customization for each features has been very simple, very easy to migrate data from pre existing data base/spreadsheet.Most importantly, as much as RCRM tech is edgy, the usage is non the less very comfortable
PROSRcrm is not a huge ATS system with tons of features but that why it's perfect, it does the job needed efficiently for candidates, jobs or clients. Again it's a very user friendly system, modern that does what I need when I need it, without complication or lag of time, RCRM is a spot on ATS without bling bling.On top of that, the customer service is very fast to answer in the best professional way possible.RCRM is definitely a good place to be for a professional recruiter!

Modern ATS for Small and bigger companies
I worked with several ATS during the last 12 years, but I like here the functionality and value for money compared to others. works very week also when you have many candidates and a high workload. I like also the client integration

PROSRCRM is a complete solution for the recruitment and tracking system of employees and applicants. It has grown while my company has had more needs and has been responding to each of our needs. We feel a partnership with RCRM.
CONSWe really miss the possibility of also having an integrated payment system in RCRM. We are investing our resources in integrating it with a third party that we use to manage Payrolls. It is tremendously important that both systems are integrated for reporting, etc. As our company has grown, the system has become more expensive so that it is no longer an economical solution for our needs.
