  • Pros

  • EngineRoom has a low barrier to entry and its help features are outstanding.
  • All you need to do is read the conclusion in output, but it still provides all the detailed stats to support the conclusions. Importing data is also super simple and robust to different formats.
  • Cons

  • Due to the nature of statistical analysis, if you don't have a little bit of training in that field, you will be confused and feel lost as you go through some of the functions.
  • It does only allow 1 person to work on a project at a given time. This for the most part is not an issue but when teaching or reviewing with someone remotely it makes it more difficult.

  • Several times we have used logz.io to track down issues in real time with ease. In addition, if you have a suggestion or question, the response time is outstanding.
  • Easy to use, intuitive tool helps us and is very useful in what we propose to do. We're reasonably satisfied.
  • Cons

  • Subscription plans should be more progressive, sometimes if the maximum event ingestion is met, the events are lost.
  • Logz.io SIEM offers a wide range of customization possibilities, however setting and fine-tuning some functions can be difficult and time-consuming.
