The number of tools integrated within the Blackboard so that multiple URLs and passwords need to be managed is a breath of fresh air.

With a large company comes great support and account management. Blackboard's team will be there to help train you and support you.

It's super easy to navigate and find all your resources on. It's well organized and I love it.

Good value for money, very convinient, multi task, contemporary, easy to use teaching tool.

I love the features of the built-in web based tools, gives access to multiple methods of communication, gives access for easy customisation of course pages.

The software is very traditional. It has great capabilities for pulling information out across courses and makes evaluating courses easy.

I think Blackboard is better than Canvas, but maybe not better than Moodle. It has some flexibility but perhaps not as much as Moodle has.

But once our organization switched to canvas, I realized Blackboard has some catching up to do, in terms of ease of use and integration.

It seems pretty stable and certainly is more stable than Canvas.

Hard to use software that is also very expensive.

I liked how this software is very easy for students. Instructors can give assignments, show grades, and upload attachments.

I don't like how Blackboard constant go through changes and is often down or having technical issues that'll need to be passed onto customer service.

Interface is confused but have too much posibilites for take different way to make the class and evaluations.

Overall, Blackboard Learn is a pretty good experience. Students are able to access many things.

Because this is in a university setting our IT department has been responsible for customer support and software purchases. Overall my experience with Blackboard has been very positive.

It was great at the time but we ended up replacing it with a home-grown system that was very similar. I wonder if it was pricey or the customizable options weren't what the university needed.

Blackboard is easy to use,exams are easy to deploy,announcements are very good and even the bullet-in board is a very handy feature.

As a TA, i have to use blackboard to build exams and quizzes for my students and i absolutely hate it. It is the least intuitive process and is a major pain in the butt.

I was easily able to access my grades, assignments, schedules and navigate with ease. Blackboard tech support was very responsive to any issues.

It is also difficult to navigate the grade center.

It has a bad UI and does not integrate well with other software solutions.

Blackboard is wonderful for students, it is very easy to use and they constantly do updates that help improve the system.

We ran our own host and it had nothing but problems, and I am not talking hardware. Every time we went to run an update, it broke something.

I moved schools and realised i had two accounts set up, one of which I could not access anymore. The support staff had closed the one account and refunded as they could see I had not used it.

Its integration to PowerPoint is fabulous, unlike other apps which affect the system performance.

I use PowerPoint for all my teaching, so having interactive quizzes built in helps a lot.

Classpoint is cery useful in classes. Since this is integrated to powerpoint.

I also love the fact we can revise, in a matter of seconds, who wrote the comments or words in the word cloud. This helps us start interesting conversations with the class participants.

Firstly, the Classpoint tool is an amazing tool that helps me as a teacher in my teaching progress.

Overall the software meet some how my expectation. More features are required and improved.

But maybe in fact about Classpoint just avalaible in microsoft 2010, 2013, etc is sad for half of my students.

Great - really easy to use and much more pleasant than sitting in an uncomfortable school chair for 3 hours waiting for no-shows or cramming in late comers.

The ability to create interactive slides on the fly and to save or review interaction results easily.

Not having timestamps when saving results and not being able to have the interactions offline to use as asynchronous lesson slides.

As a demo teacher, this is helpful for getting the ideas of my class as a whole, also a good tool for assessing the students.

The ability to create word clouds (almost like mindmaps) is excellent and the quizzing software is brilliant.

The ease to test the knowledge of the students with a simple quiz is enough for me to consider it for us in my classroom.

I am a heavy user of Macbook and I am looking forward to ClassPoint to be integrated into Microsoft PowerPoint on Macbook as well.

Also very easy to set up the quiz. After using classpoint, educational presentation become much efficient.
