The number of tools integrated within the Blackboard so that multiple URLs and passwords need to be managed is a breath of fresh air.

With a large company comes great support and account management. Blackboard's team will be there to help train you and support you.

It's super easy to navigate and find all your resources on. It's well organized and I love it.

I love the features of the built-in web based tools, gives access to multiple methods of communication, gives access for easy customisation of course pages.

The software is very traditional. It has great capabilities for pulling information out across courses and makes evaluating courses easy.

I think Blackboard is better than Canvas, but maybe not better than Moodle. It has some flexibility but perhaps not as much as Moodle has.

But once our organization switched to canvas, I realized Blackboard has some catching up to do, in terms of ease of use and integration.

It seems pretty stable and certainly is more stable than Canvas.

Hard to use software that is also very expensive.

I liked how this software is very easy for students. Instructors can give assignments, show grades, and upload attachments.

I don't like how Blackboard constant go through changes and is often down or having technical issues that'll need to be passed onto customer service.

Interface is confused but have too much posibilites for take different way to make the class and evaluations.

Overall, Blackboard Learn is a pretty good experience. Students are able to access many things.

Blackboard is easy to use,exams are easy to deploy,announcements are very good and even the bullet-in board is a very handy feature.

As a TA, i have to use blackboard to build exams and quizzes for my students and i absolutely hate it. It is the least intuitive process and is a major pain in the butt.

I was easily able to access my grades, assignments, schedules and navigate with ease. Blackboard tech support was very responsive to any issues.

It has a bad UI and does not integrate well with other software solutions.

Blackboard is wonderful for students, it is very easy to use and they constantly do updates that help improve the system.

At times can be difficult to navigate around. There are a ton of things you can click on, can be easy to get lost at times.

I also love the ability for sharing documents and files directly between those within the video conference.

No daily report sheet to call students when counselors call out, we have to look them up one by one.

It is web-based and it is fairly easy to use--as long as the user (student) reads the instruction. There are a lot of great features such as captioning and camera to interact with the student.

One time a student got a text message a day early. However, several times the error may be the student not understanding how the software works.

In the world of online learning ConexED replicates the face to face “knock on the door” experience. Customer service is superior.

In the beginning of one of sessions, there was some delay in getting the audio to work. Another time, the video image did not work for a couple of minutes.

I know people complain about it but I find it is because they aren't playing around with it.

Easy to use and accessible, it does everything I need it.
