Classpoint has been excellent and their customer service was fantastic.

Limited number of the permitted words it is only affective to write short sentences.

Excellent piece of software, great online help and videos. Excellent support from company staff, they can't do enough for you.

I moved schools and realised i had two accounts set up, one of which I could not access anymore. The support staff had closed the one account and refunded as they could see I had not used it.

Its integration to PowerPoint is fabulous, unlike other apps which affect the system performance.

I use PowerPoint for all my teaching, so having interactive quizzes built in helps a lot.

Great - really easy to use and much more pleasant than sitting in an uncomfortable school chair for 3 hours waiting for no-shows or cramming in late comers.

ThankView has been an awesome partner over the years. They seem to really care about their customers, and just about doing good in general.

A lack of integration with our Blackbaud Raisers Edge database, however this is something they've been talking about implementing in the near future.

Trying to coordinate the intro and outro can sometimes be confusing. Before I know it, I am at the point of the process where I send my messages.

In the earlier years you could use either text or email in one campaign. That is no longer the case anymore, you have to make two separate campaigns now, one for emails and one for text messages.
