Some features are hard to use, while some require additional software/technological tools.

I love that this software is dedicated to the success of recreation programs.

Customer service is outstanding and always very helpful to at all levels with analyzing and fixing problems.

There have also been some issues with court bookings. People not able to cancel a court (and when they do they get no confirmation that it has been cancelled).

Overall, the innosoft staff are unbelievably nice, competent, and passionate about what they do.

The platform itself has been a nightmare because of its lack of functionality for our needs as well as the link the time it takes to make any adjustments.

With their current leadership, they should stay at the top of the ladder with the best rec software and campus solutions.

I appreciate the quick customer support and friendly education specialists. It is nice that the staff comes from campus recreation.

User Friendly, easy to navigate, reports are easy to run.

The online portal is likewise very straightforward allowing a good deal of customization. They have a rapid development cycle and actively work to remedy issues.

However, still useful in its abilities and having access to older data for easy transference and reflection.

They are great at teaching the software and troubleshooting with you. Their step-by-step instructions are constantly a great tool for students and professional staff members.

Innosoft Fusion is the BEST software on the market, bar none. It's user friendly, versatile and has helped us further our mission with ease.

Software works well so long as you use a vanilla implementation and do not require any integration.

Future requests do not have timelines, unable to make small edits with current system, there are usually errors (minor) after updates.

I attended their first Fusion Summit which was a wealth of information. It has been easy to learn, easy to train others and the user manuals are easy to get to for general questions.

At our facility we do our best to utilize as much as possible. Currently we are using Access, Calendar/Reservations, Sales, and Equipment.

This makes locker clean out a breeze. But most importantly the quick response time provided by the support staff when there is an issue is fantastic.

I appreciate the ability to capture reporting information for personal training and other FitWell services, like Massage and fitness events.

FUSION is a dedicated company that continues to grow but not out price university recreation budgets.

This software is great for access management, membership and pro-shop sales, and guest/alumni card printing. It is an improvement on any of our previous systems.

Rental agreements are cumbersome and difficult to adjust.

It is user friendly, works great with our University Banner system and the support staff are excellent. Continual updates and new releases of modules are a great benefit too.

The online options allowed have been a great benefit. Their customer service has been fantastic and they follow up on issues new and old working to remedy them.

They get back to me quickly within minor or major issue which is always comforting. Fusion has made our operations so much better than they have ever have been at WashU and is worth the investment.

We have had several times where our website and client have been down for hours which has negatively affected our services and programs.

Still waiting on upgrades that we requested. Have a ticket in but no response on status.

It's great for live audience interactivity. For an audience over 100 this is a massive time saver and a great tool.

An important feature for me is the integration with PowerPoint. It is incredibly easy to add new Vevox slides to a presentation or to convert slides to an existing presentation.

Unfortunately they did not change the survey sign if this option is not in use. This is a bit difficult for the user experience.

It is also very affordable compared to many other solutions on the market, allowing clients budgets to be met easily and for interactivity to be provided on even small scale events.

It is integrated into powerpoint. Having an institutional account with the university I work for makes using Vevox super easy.

Great - easy to use and to implement into presentations. You can personalize the user experience through design of the polling platform and have different polling options too.

At GSK, this is really helping us do this. Functions like PPT integration, polls, Q&A are all brilliant, plus live output visually e.g. the word cloud function is brilliant.

I was presenting and tried to do a word cloud poll inside my PP and it didn't work, was pretty embarrassing and confused my audience too.

I've seen different teams using the tool in different ways and have only heard great reviews so far. In post-meeting surveys, employees are remarking on how fun and easy Vevox is to use.
