It's been one of my favorite things about the company that I work for. It's refreshing, it gives back to it's employees and makes things engaging and fun.

User friendly and convenient to show appreciation to your team.

This may be user error, but I have not been able to recognize everyone in our organization.

I like that you are able to earn points and then convert those points into money to obtain a visa/amazon or any other card for purchases.

Sometimes i get confused when recognizing people what to put where, not sure what the difference is between tags and labels i think.

When there aren't new challenges to participate in.

Cooleaf has been great when bringing the company together for doing challenges and being able to see each others progress.

It is very easy to use, and the mobile app makes providing recognition on the go or when you are out of the office easy.

Without the need for social media, it provides a platform where employees are encouraged to get to know one another and build a community.

It integrates with SSO and other applications like Microsoft Teams pretty seamlessly. It's great being able to quickly and easily congratulate colleagues on their anniversary and birthday milestones.

I love the SSO, but I also love the board to see reviews and recognitions.

I don't like the articles telling me how to do something, they are vague.

User friendly and it is nice to know when my fellow co-workers are celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

I don't like the way the notifications work, there may be options/settings I need to look into to fix that.

Really great, plenty of support with setup and unlike competitors doesn't charge a fortune for CRM integration.

Cost efficient tool for an immediate growth of online leads. Smart tool for different online surveys.

There are lots of customisation options in terms of who the surveys are displayed to, where and when on the website. The outputs and exports of data are also great, user friendly and detailed.

As mentioned, lack of integrations with Unbounce and Optimizely.

Very easy to ensure a non-biased question and have great data capture options.

It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface.

Really good, allows us to greater understand our customers and their pains and how we can solve them.

I like the email integration with HTML. However, the Zapier Connection did not work with infusionsoft.

Horrible customer service and misleading company.

I love the suggestions and the ability to edit from a template - and download results (with paying version). You do get a LOT from the free- which is also great.

We use Survicate to run surveys from Hubspot. It was easy to setup and came in at a much lower price point that competitive products we looked at.

Great value for money, much cheaper than other tools and much more effective.

Love the ease of most integrations, especially Intercom, and how easy it is to create surveys - whether from scratch or from a template.

In the meantime i had to use his account log in. Upon logging into his account, there was no data.

Delay between launching or editing a survey and it appearing on the website - makes it difficult to test and change.

Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized.

I feel like this was a misleading bait and switch by survicate. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company.

From an admin perspective, when you have a lot of continuous responses, the responses are hard to navigate on-screen.
