  • The software is so easy to use by everyone and easily customizable for whatever kind of survey you want to create.
  • Hyphen is super easy to use for all of our employees.
  • Cons

  • There was an overly ambitios anonymity filter that was removing a lot of my responses, but again, as soon as I reported the issue, the team immediately fixed the problem.
  • As we have a lot of changes in the org structure, every time we need to update the database, which is cumbersome and full of errors - I have a feeling that data isn't overwritten.

  • Navigating the dashboard is a breeze. In addition, the options and choices for rewards is the largest I've seen, and our employees are really pleased with it.
  • We get more referrals and event attendees than ever thanks to the rewards we can integrate into our campaigns.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is not that fast and hard to contact with them some times.
  • One dislike is that the recipients gift cards links are susceptible to theft if the email is compromised in some way and ends up in the wrong hands.
