I like that the staff is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to emails and help desk questions. I like that they have yearly trainings at multiple times to meet the needs of all users.

I like the ability to filter, export spreadsheets, and customize the user interface.

I like the ability to input only a few items on a users profile for quick setup purposes as well. I rarely fill in the other areas in the profile setup but do like the option of filling it out or not.

Milan is our account manager and he is a quick responder and has resolved any and all questions/issues that have come up. Very simple software to use all around.

The reason why we love fetch is because of how easy it is to have parent drop and pick up their kids.

The frequent updates made it difficult for some families to keep up with the app and it would lead to them not being able to check in/out their child.
