Easy online customer management and  billing. They were just starting out and so was I, so it was a good fit.

Billing is terrible and will cause double charging issues and confusion.

Creating an APP was a good amenity, and the cost is good and fair. The developing part of the APP is the pain and continue to be.

How to delete customer that are no longer with the swim school.

The ability to cancel a session very quickly if there are any problems and send text messages easily to all customers or a select few is excellent.

This has made a customer base easier to manage and especially for contacting at short notice. I do like the text option although need to condor the cost of this.

I found the intergration with Xero a bit tricky to get used to there are some things that can't be changed once the 2 systems are synced.
