I love how quick and easy this ap is to use. It walks you through the steps of filling yourself.

The ease of use and great UI. Been using this software to file my taxes for 3 years now, and they ability to pick up where you left off as well as the linking to previous years of tax is great.

It takes you about 30 minutes to fill out, depending on how many deductions you have to apply. Connects your CRA account quick an easy.

My overall experience has been amazing and I am reassured that they will fix any issues I have.

It was incredibly intuitive and simple to use. The simple interface makes doing taxes a breeze and asks questions to make sure you don't forget to add critical information to your return.

I have used this for years and appreciate how easy it is to get my taxes done every year. I will likely continue using this if they keep making it easy to file everything.

I was also running into some errors trying to pick up where I left off.

I would still recommend HR Block because their customer service team is easy to deal with.

I love how the software auto calculates and allows me to add information. Much better than pencil and paper.

I hate doing taxes, but H&R Block software takes a lot of the stress out of having to do them.

This is for more simple taxes for more complicated taxes I would hire an accountant in case things are missed and more rebates are available.

H&R Block direct deposit times they are processed  later than when expected.

I am always in the loop of what is happening and I like that. I was able to download my taxes because I needed it for my daughters daycare scholarship.

I'm sometimes unsure if a deduction/credit is for me, but this is likely a fault with overly complex tax laws though.

It's a free, quick and easy tax software that makes filing taxes easy come income tax season. The UI is clean and very self explanatory.

I used for an 1120S return and it was cumbersome and slow. The review process in the software was terrible.

I absolutely love this software and it gives me the safety and security I need when filing my taxes.

Expect to have to pay for State filing, but that is common with most reputable tax software.

Cost - it is slightly more expensive than I wanted to pay for a small business.

Also do not like how difficult it is to talk to customer service…that’s an extra cost. Also the file extension is difficult to open without software.

It works well with bookkeeping programs such as Quick Books too.

I get it every year because the cost is reasonable and it sure beats pencil an paper. But, truly, I could be better done.

I liked how easy filing our taxes were and I felt confident when I was done that all the information was correct and accurate.

If I really want to nit pick, H&R Block connected me to Lending Tree, which sends me a lot of spam.

The software allows their wonderful staff to give me top-notch service and have quick answers to all my tax related questions and concerns.

H&R Block is the one software service I have used the most compared to Turbo Tax and other services. Definitely I will continue using H&R Block in the future.

The software is easy to use and helps me know what important documents I need to file my taxes. It also verifies that all my information I entered is correct.

This software is excellent for us and is affordable. There have been constant improvements over the time we have used the software making it an even better value.

The most impactful features are the POA upload and the integration of the IRS system. We love all the forms and the organization of the forms.

I think the software's help in completing things like Form 433-A are great because it tells you what is allowable, and gives ideas on items you may not have thought about including.

The software tool is easy to utilize, and the wealth of information shared via the various notices issued and response that the IRS is looking for to be made has been priceless to me.

Add to that, whenever I need to quickly pull an IRS transcript or respond to a client's letter from the IRS I have a wealth of tools at my fingertips.

I used to use Beyond415 and they had all of the IRS letters and notices, what each one meant, and what to do to respond. IRS Solutions has some of them, but many are missing.

I switched from them to another irs software and quickly came back when I realized how much more effective IRS Solutions was.

I have to say that these guys are incredible. If you have a support issue, they are responsive, they are constantly improving the software, and the value is great for what you get.

The integration with the IRS is phenomenal and makes it so easy to really determine the client’s status and needs.

Information is updated almost daily. Just a great team and great software that will help my business step to the next level faster than normally would be expected.

The only con is possibly the inability to start and stop payments for the software. Pitbull Tax offers that ability.

The client portal is what I love most. I can allow the client to participate in this process which is critical.

I chose IRS Solutions because it is logical, easy to use, it provides all the necessary tools for resolution cases, it is affordable, and great customer service.

Not only is the software great the customer service has been very good and the support through marketing and online classes is added value.

Overall, the people are nice, I love the monthly groups and the new Facebook. Customer service is awesome.
