It is complete and all the tools that you need are all there. It is easy to use and to instruct to other people most specially to the students.

Because there is a lot of features it can be very confusing to control and modify. Finding ways to work with it can be confusing.

Now I call in and am told they will put in a case and I'll get a call back shortly, which really means in hours or the next day or the day after.

We also have completely stopped using certain features due to them continuously not working properly such as the eSigntures feature. We also have trouble with our schedule's.

Its ridiculous that Abacus expects us to pay higher prices and sign contracts, but not give us the customer service we need. I've even reached out to the sales manager and am given the same answers.

Overall, this is a great system, and I would recommend it to other professionals.

The best part of this tool is how well and perfect its integration of difference functions is.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you all know about exceptional customer service.

Hate:  BEWARE:  their contract has auto renewal without positive confirmation from user.

FYI, I'm very happy to learn that under Abacus's user agreement, we'll retain read-only access after the expiration of our subscription.

I haven't used it enough to justify the cost yet but would like to learn more.

Hands down I loved the Ease and simplicity of the program. It is VERY VERY USER FRIENDLY.

Portal email was buggy, some features were not working as well,  customer service response was slow at times.

Lack to run custom reports across different areas, jobs assignments hard to follow sometimes.

We have been receiving an error message when logging in for months.

We like being able to record their calls, take notes, and create reminders for a specific client. The activity list is a great way for each staff member to keep track of their tasks.

We love the integrated credit card processing and the connection with Lacerte. It has made our workflow more efficient.

Our firm likes that all of our client information can be kept in one program. From the client's contact information to their documents it is all easy to access.

Issues are always  solved quickly. Customer service agents are always helpful and friendly.

It is costing me time and money to dispute with them.

In the beginning, this software was great. Great user-friendly product, had some shortcomings with projects and tasks, but it was workable.

I use this software every day and the ease of use is amazing.

The reporting in general is limited. The inability to combine information types (Contact, Billing, Project, Staff) into a single report is difficult.

The product has a lot of features that made the implementation in the first year wonderful. The support staff was great and easy to access.

All client information is available to each member of the team, and viewing the progress of the tasks being completed is very easy.

I absolutely love the product and would switch to it today if they made it more affordable.

There are a few features I feel are missing, and a few items that feel counterintuitive.

The only down side is that sometimes the integrations need to pushed manually. This applies to demand force and the Office tools portal.

Works fantastic for small companies. The software intergrates well, which I love.

It's one of the only companies I've found that allow you to bulk manage online W9 requests and then later submit 1099 via spreadsheet imports.

Easy to use, cost effective. Consistent User interface.

Simple to use, and it doesn't cost as much as QuickBooks are other 3rd party solutions. The verification and confirmation is a nice feature so you know you get things done right the first time.

The customer service support was superb, they helped me migrate my data from our accounting software to their platform and were very patient and helpful.

We really liked how user friendly the software is and also really liked that it offers workflow management.

I did have coupon to use for the new year, but could not find where to enter. Initially I had trouble with importing info, but figured out,  it was my quickbooks issue.

I also recommended it to entrepreneurial friends, and they loved the ease of Tax1099.com. I will definitely use it again and spread the word.

This software makes it much easier and quicker to file 1099s and other tax forms. I appreciate the integrations and the ability to upload from Excel in bulk.

Overall I think Tax 1099.com is a lifesaver for me and what I do and need to do.

I'm not sure where my filing stands, and I'm worried about leaving the site and doing the filing with some other software, because I can't tell the status of my filing.

They do not provide any support around tax season. Either they just don't bother and stop looking at complaints or they just can't handle the workload.

Overall, it has been good, needed to talk with customer service, they did well in answering my question, glad a former employee told me about this product.

We save ton of time where they support QBD and QBO at the same time. Workflow mgt is another great feature that we like.

Extremely unhappy with the level of customer service provided. Your rubrik is off for state filings of 2022 1099's if your so called customer service is to be believed.

When emailed 1099 to clients, they have a hard time following the directions on how to log in.

At first the idea of being able to upload my 1099s and e-file was awesome, but the program doesn't work properly.

This year (2019 return) the system did not scale, the corp debit card was charged, but our 1099s were not submitted. Support is non existent.

Customer service was friendly and tried to help but their system is dis-functional.

Easy to understand and navigate. Love how this resource was here for me when I was brand new to filling out these forms for the church.

Ability to integrate with various other accounting systems and as a firm we can move form product to product and simply pull data out of accounting system.

Overall, we have had a great experience and appreciate that each year Tax1099 takes our feedback and makes whatever adjustments they can to better serve us and their clients.

There are so many bugs, basic features that are missing, and existing features that have been so poorly implemented, they are useless.

I would rather print off my 1099s and mail the paper in to the government than EVER use this crappy, poorly made program again.

The software is confusing and not intuitive to use. There is no help available.

This helps me save money by only paying for what I need and get the job done quickly by exporting from my accounting software into Excel then uploading to Tax1099.

Overall experience so far has been great, we will have to make a few work arounds however will be signing up for the essential plan for this tax season.

We will be disputing the charge and will not return to this service unless a prompt response is received. The phone number simply hangs up on the caller.

Overall, Tax1099 is a very useful tool and I definitely recommend it.

We are moving from paper filing to electronic so it is a big adjustment however we have tested the system and it appears to be one of the best ones out there and very cost efficient as well.

The interface is horrible. The payment form lags and reloads repeatedly blank after you fill out your credit card information.

I have had multiples times where a 1099-NEC was entered in twice and there was no error. It was only through a manual review was this glitch caught.

This system needs to be completely overhauled and redone. The format look amateur and appears fishy and scam-like but it's actually the system the IRS accepted to team up with.

And, it really makes it worse knowing that Quickbooks is a wealthy company and has chosen to invest so little the products that business rely on to do their filings.
