Pros/Cons
Pros
- TaxAct has a great free software product, but this Business software is good for businesses. I do my own taxes and also help others and I'm happy when I use TaxAct.
- Great product easy to use affordable and great for multitasking many different other repairs for the office.
- I loved TaxAct when we did use it. It is very affordable for small business owners, and guides you through all the questions in order to autofill our taxes.
Cons
- The lack of a W-2 import is disappointing. Being able to upload your income information saves time and prevents errors from manual entry.
- Although not needed, there is no refund advance, you have to wait to receive from the government. Of course, the more complex your tax filing is, the more you are charged for filing.
- Had problem electronically submitting to IRS. In fact, the TaxAct indicated that it was submitted, but later I got the request from IRS to submit it by paper.
Pros
- I love how I can easily integrate my existing affiliate system like LinkTrust or HasOffers and seamlessly sync payments.
- Tipalti brought a terrific money transfer solution that's very efficient and supports a variety of payment options.
- Above all it is very user friendly, providing its users a great and painless experience.
Cons
- Lack of detail on error reports. Could be more customizable.
- Ocassional payments stuck with less calrity on the reasoning.
- If a vendor is not payable, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the cause.
