My overall experience has been excellent.

I love everything about Tax Slayer Pro! The best thing is how quickly you can prepare the return as well as accurately. No extra boxes or scripts to read. Just taxes! My company has been using this software for over 4 years, and I don't see a change in the foreseeable future.

I can honestly say there isn't anything that I find to be a con with them.

Our overall experience with the software is great it has cut alot of unnecessary time for us we are definitely going to continue to use the software

The software is easy to use, the price of the software is amazing we like that we can upload our existing clients into the data base. All an all it's a great product

There is nothing we find bad about the software it works great it's easy to use. It makes preparing taxes so easy

Terrible! The program did not work. it did not include my adjustments to income even though I entered them. It cost $109.59 rather than the amount they advertised. It cost me thousands of dollars! It would not print my return. The bottom line is, AVOID THIS PROGRAM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The blanks were fairly easy to enter, although parts of the forms were unnecessarily complicated.

It screws up the results! After entering all of the deductions, it indicated that the adjusted gross was the same as the gross costing me thousands. They will not return my money, even though the program failed

Taxslayer Pro is affordable for me as a solo practioner. Customer Service is very reliable and professional.

While you can view forms prior to printing the return, it would be nice to toggle between the form view and the data entry fields.

Overall the experience has been excellent.

The ability to conduct business from anywhere!

I like all aspects of the software, the ease of use of the client portal could be made a little easier for elderly clients and those who are not as tech savvy.

With tax slayer I am able to manage clients with ease and collect my service fees.

TSP is easy to use and on the eyes. You basically cant make a mistake with this unless you are being very careless.

the tech error. at time it woud not collect signatures and returns belost in the cloud if they didint use the newest verison. many clients didnt know to use the new app and not previous year

I have had a very good experience so far, we are going in to our third year and works overall for us.

One of the best features is that this is a cloud base software. I have literally have been on vacation while using this software to complete those last minute tax returns.

I don't always receive the chat messages in real time that come from the clients.

This software will not allow you to setup a default template for certain questIons.

Easy to use and gives you the option to make payments if you owe money back. I find it better to use then their competitors
