What do you like excellent? I did just like the sidebar panel that displayed all the users gift in the call. The display and characteristic turned into beneficial. That is set the handiest aspect that I liked higher about Chime than different comparable gear.
CONSsystem for video conferencing (possible Chime just 'suffered' from being the Nth one instead of the 1st or second) Also it felt like each time it routinely had people be a part of with their microphone on but without pre-warning customers of that so humans much more likely to purpose interruptions. For the primary element even though, it really works like some other video conferencing platform but small things make it my least preferred. What troubles are you fixing with the product? What advantages have you ever realized? It become beneficial for while we had conferences with Amazon information and Redshift teams as virtually that is the inner device of choice for Amazon. Other than for those meetings with Amazon teams, there was little need case for us for Chime above & past Zoom or Meet.

Single solution for both Internal & external communication
Amazon Chime removes dependencies on multiple applications. It has combined chat & meetings & also supports dial-in & in-room video conference which are suitable for external communication.This single application is sufficient for all our communication needs!
PROSIt easily integrates with external tokenizers to implement multi factor authentication.Chime has a dedicated management console for implementation of policies.Chat & meetings are present in two different tabs under the same application.
CONSPoor performance on weaker internet connection.Based on the 'pay as you go' model of subscription. For any requests, we have to contact the support team.

Chime could be great but needs some attention it seems
It got the job done for the period we received it free through our Vonage account however, we didn't feel the need to stay with it when leaving vonage because of the functionality not being great.
PROSChat and internal team calls worked seamlessly and were easy. I like that it was backed by such a great tech company as well so you figured it had to be good.
CONSIt truly was very hard to explain to guests joining a meeting how to get into it and then how to download to be able to share screen. It just wasn't self explanatory or easy.

A modern collaboration service that integrates conferences safely and incredibly
Amazon Chime is accessible on any smartphone, and your conferences and chats are indeed synced so you can keep in contact. Amazon Chime has been added to our squad as a coordinated approach for performing audio/video interviews, speaking, exchanging files and videos, and even approaching people outside our company. And it has benefited us a lot.
PROSWith Amazon Chime, users can easily hold video conferences, call, conversation, and share files, in and around their company. Amazon Chime is perfect when you have users outside the enterprise to link to the device and not need majority of the program to be downloaded. This is a good touch so even individuals inside the company can have this option if they're using a device outside their usual computer.
CONSThe Amazon Chime isn't really user-friendly. Groups we have conferences with who've never accessed Amazon Chime frequently have trouble connecting to call, particularly when the call is foreign. You've to install Amazon Chime to display your computer screen. Often the program may be slow to respond, and updates end up taking some minutes to synchronize across devices.

PROSThe search function and the " read " feature.

The best platform for communication with the team in any organization.
My overall experience with amazon chime in the past 2 years has been amazing.

Amazon Chime is a no frills instant messaging and meetings platform
Overall I quite enjoy using Chime and it is integral to my daily workflow.
PROSAmazon Chime is simple to use and has a clean interface. Navigating the menus and features is very easy and intuitive.
CONSI would like the ability to be in multiple meetings at once, with the option to switch audio or video between meetings. The automatic availability feature can be buggy.

Amazon Chime For Customer Service
My overall experience is that Amazon prime is a finely tuned machine and does exactly what it was designed to do.
PROSI like the Amazon trying because you could communicate with the team and the team leaders to get advice or give advice. It was a great way to keep your day moving in the right direction and get help when needed.
CONSDid not really have any issues with chilling everything went very smooth and amazingly good.

Chime - It had lots of bugs and we were unable to use
Since we were using AWS, it was completely integrated with our work environment.
CONSIt was one of the worst conferencing tool we have used. It used to crash during call and sometimes used to hog all the cpu resources. Mostly everyone complained not able to join the meeting on time as the software didn't launch the meeting.

Very Reliable, Highly Recommend
Having a reliable and highly functional communication service has worked wonders for myself and my sales team. The ease of use in my daily workflow has greatly improved since we implemented Amazon Chime.

Amazon Chime has made video meetings easier
Amazon Chime has definitely helped in the business meeting department especially due to the current pandemic. It has made business meetings via video much easier.

I like Amazon Chime because it is easier to set up and very user-friendly. We have a few meeting attendees that are not the most tech-savvy but it matters not. Chime is super easy to use and understand and I would recommend it to others.
CONSThe video seemed to lag a bit initially but straightened out by the end of the meeting. Might have been a connection issue on our end but was not sure.

CONVENIENT TOOL FOR LARGE COMPANIES
My experience has been positive. I highly recommend this software to large companies.
PROSI love that all of our offices can connect from every location. We are able to meet face to face and share reports easily and quickly with no glitches. We can also set reminders on our phones so that we remember when the next meeting is.

Best App for Office Meeting
Overall good product from amazon and it's improved day by day.
PROSI use it for video conferencing and their video and audio quality is best if your network is not properly working.
CONSNot all the people use chime so this is not good for me and sometimes noise cancellation feature not work properly.

New User to Chime - Very Happy
I started using Chime about a month. Between the easy to use interface, integration into some existing applications, and the mobile application, I love it!
CONSI am a fairly new user and have not found any negatives. I feel I have used it pretty extensively and it has held up great.
