That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

All employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

Is an amazing instant messaging platform for any software organization. We have done some pretty cool stuff with the api that allows us to use robots to alert our teams of various statuses etc.

Self hosted, easy to integrate with anything, fast and best for teams.

The UI is very clean, fast, intuitive. Usage is straightforward.

Zulip is easy to use, and easy to deploy and admin. I really like the idea of channel topics - it is very useful for keeping a channel organized.

Great Way to communicate with my co-workers from the job, love the small integration it has, its easy to use.

Zulip's threading model is the best. It's also clearly built for people who use it constantly: good keyboard shortcuts, reliable and fast even with loads of messages, and thoughtful UI choices.

We also use Slack internally, which is great because we are used to it. But Zulip is better for our the community we are building for an open-source project.

It is very intuitive, it is easy to build channels. It helps to stimulate discussions among the researchers i invited.

We tried ALL other options before Zulip. Our team with 500 is very happy with Zulip.

Zulip is much better for pricing and gives options to host your own, or (for academics) free cloud hosting. It has all the features you'd expect, and even has builtin latex support.

I want to subscribe to topics, but this is still on the roadmap. The mobile client is very limited and that's why even on the smartphone I use the web client.

It's simple, it's streamlined, the UI is very mild and pleasant. Bot integration is easy to do and very varied in what it CAN do.

Zulip makes messaging about any kind of development very easy and exciting. I like the automatic linking feature very much.

The absolute highlight of Zulip is the organization of messages into streams and topics. Streams allow us to pursue individual projects, and topics help us to have focused discussions.

Helps us in navigating and finding our way through series of messages. Als the level of customization fits our needs.

Configuring notifications as per the convenience is also amazing so that I can get messages instantly. Even the mobile app is extremely smooth and easy to use.

It's not very easy on the eye when you look at it for the first time, and it looks really confusing.

Zulip is a full on Slack replacement for a fraction of the cost. I really prefer the topic threading to the freeform nature of Slack as well.

And if and when I find a message from the conversation that I want to review, it's non-intuitive to navigate from the search results to that full conversation. It's a minor inconvenience though.

I like it, I will keep using it, hoping that the developer improves on the interface.

The topic features is the best. It helps me get through messages easily and with context.

Zulu was super easy to navigate as we are looking to make e-learning easier for both students and teachers.

Zulip is a good software , I liked the chat feature and controls/restrictions we can add for the specific users.

Sans the above issue this is incredible software that has solved the inter-agency communication problem. End users love it and from a system standpoint it is rock solid.
