It's totally changed how we handle our work chats and projects. I feel a lot better knowing our work conversations are private and won't get mixed up with anyone’s personal messages. The best part is how easy and familiar it feels to use, which means we didn’t waste time learning a complicated new tool. Keeping track of what everyone’s working on has become a breeze.

The standout feature of Zenzap for me is how it keeps all my work stuff separate from personal chats like WhatsApp. It’s a game-changer for making sure important work info stays safe, especially when people come and go from the company. Using Zenzap feels super familiar, kind of like WhatsApp or iMessage, but it got extra tools that help me and my team get things done quicker.

If there’s anything to nitpick, it’s that moving to Zenzap from other apps we used to use took a bit of getting used to for some folks on my team (mostly my [sensitive content hidden] ). But honestly, these are small things compared to how much smoother it makes working together.

Zenzap is a great tool for communication. The pricing is reasonable and great customer support.

The ability to organize chats per subject is a refreshing look to manage all the conversations.

The task management may take you away from continuing to use any existing task management tool you already are using.

It's decent. Could be improved and optimised, but it has a good direction.

EXCELLENT business chat environment platform.

The way data is presented in a chat room is genius. A chat room has many topics in it throughout the time of its existence. Having the ability to see to-do tasks, media, and files as separate entities but still in the same chat room, helped me follow a specific topic in the chat in a very simple and easy way. This feature solved a lot of the issues I was having while using other platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

In the context of a working tool, I see no cons when comparing it to other platforms.

Functionality and ease of use - a brilliant solution to an existing set of problems.

There aren't any things I actively dislike although I am very keen to see the next evolution through migrations and new product features.

It took me just a few minutes to onboard my team, and it's just very simple to use. I've been asked by the company for feedback and seems that they really want to know how to make our daily tasks easier with the app

There are not any major issues so far, maybe just that I'd like to have more calendar capabilities in the app

I had to really scour for this one, but if pressed, the desktop app could use a bit of polishing. Honestly, though? With most of the action happening on mobile, it’s a minor quibble.

Calls and screen sharing through Zenzap is missing.

Speed of communication and intuitive look and feel of the app - upgrade on WhatsApp which is previously where much of our conversations took place both internally and externally. Having a mobile-first app is much smoother than web-first like other communication platforms.

Some features are still in development due to the early-stage nature of the business but we are finding them being released very quickly

Can’t make video calls. Nothing else really

Very easy to use, as a freelancer I frequently need to communicate with clients from different companies and in Zenzap I can have them all in one place. Also, being able to plan my work with to-dos in chat is very convenient.
