  • Pros

  • We have been working with CloudTalk for 3 years and have always been satisfied with their services. Good calls, good support.
  • Flexibility and powerful features. Their customer care team is very helpful and responds quickly.
  • Cons

  • There is no single thing I would dislike about CloudTalk.
  • Purchasing and onboarding are the worst. Once we purchased a plan, there was no way to upgrade without contacting support.

  • Dialfire is very easy to use and the onboarding for new colleagues is a no-brainer.
  • Later on when I wanted to see the statistics I asked via the Dialfire chat and they helped me right away. I selected the fields I am interested in and Dialfire build the statistic right away.
  • Cons

  • There's no really con but I have noticed that sometimes their dialing lags up, maybe it's also because of our internet connection.
  • It is not ideal for inbound projects that are not campaign-based as it does not include an IVR.
