Pros
- Love the patient portal. We are able to send out documents for people to sign virtually which is also very helpful.
- Good organization, easy navigation, clarity, customizable, good customer support services, training videos and readings.
Cons
- But they have terrible documentation. Most of the time the documentation does not explain what something does, or how to use it.
- I lost several staff through the process. They were teaching me how to implement the system, but not how to use it.
Pros
- The dashboard, shortcuts and reporting are some of our best features in InSync. We also like that the system is customizable and we have been able to enhance some of our documentation.
- Being able to tailor it to our patient population with integration of review of systems, quick check-boxes and so many scales has streamlined our documentation and improved efficiency.
Cons
- Reminder later to just say “dont forget your appt etc” Not to Confirm appt. And When Pt completes CANCEL need to know when they cancel- date time -for Broken Appt Fee when Cancel <24 hrs.
- Actually, very little can be completed in this application in bulk, which is very frustrating and time consuming. Moreover, you cannot download a clients entire chart at once.
