Pros
- The dashboard, shortcuts and reporting are some of our best features in InSync. We also like that the system is customizable and we have been able to enhance some of our documentation.
- Being able to tailor it to our patient population with integration of review of systems, quick check-boxes and so many scales has streamlined our documentation and improved efficiency.
Cons
- Reminder later to just say “dont forget your appt etc” Not to Confirm appt. And When Pt completes CANCEL need to know when they cancel- date time -for Broken Appt Fee when Cancel <24 hrs.
- Actually, very little can be completed in this application in bulk, which is very frustrating and time consuming. Moreover, you cannot download a clients entire chart at once.
Pros
- Software is ok, easy to use, customer service is helpful.
- I love how quickly I am able to get medication prescribed to me without making an appointment at an office and taking the time to wait and see someone. Teledoc always is a quick process.
Cons
- It took too long to develop and the patients ask too many questions. When I hang up on them I blame it on bad cell phone service, oops four hundredth time today.
- Absolute worst customer service and experience.
