They provide easy-to-use POS equipment & system. #### Cons Providing more insight and coaching for social media integration would be helpful. We'd been using another service provider to manage our sales for what I would have expected to be a lower fee but their equipment costs keep racking up. Afton includes all of that for you for your events deployment. #### Cons Honestly nothing, compared to our other system it was just much cleaner of a system across the board. The laser scanning was well worth it. #### Reasons for choosing Afton Tickets It does the ticketing which everyone does and also more. It can assist with pre-sales of event concession tickets while tickets are being purchased, it can assist with early bird ticket sales... It's a whole package not just "tickets". #### Reasons for switching to Afton Tickets Square changed the online interface again and I was going to have to "learn" a new system. The built-in 5G wifi made our connectivity of the past a distant memory. We were able to tackle problems on site as they happened and process our fans quickly through entry and box office. #### Cons The reporting is cumbersome and hard to decipher. The customer service is stellar. The platform has changed so much since I started, and for the better. The Afton team understands pivoting with the times and to keep their product updated as well. I've used the platform for a live event, but mostly use it for ticketing for our festivals. #### Cons I don't have any cons. They aren’t generic like most of the big online outlets. They took the suggestions that I had for my clients and made them a reality! #### Cons I don’t have a lot of cons. I guess the only one would be that it’s required to buy a special tickets if you want an event logo on the hard tickets. They do offer an option that’s a generic Afton ticket so it’s really not that big of a con. #### Reasons for choosing Afton Tickets I liked how their are several options that you can choose from for your ticketing needs and that I can customize tickets with sponsor logos.
