Best booking software I have come across so far
It has increased booking sales by being very easy to use on the consumer end. I spend a lot less time on the phone organising bookings as customers can do it all themselves.
PROSBeyond was easy to set up and use for both my hire and tuition offers.I have struggled in the past to find a system that allows me to use one pool of resources for multiple experiences and I would only be able to allocate half of my products to either hire or tuition to avoid over selling.Beyonk offered this and the cost is passed on to the customer so It has been a very inexpensive and easy solution to my problem.The technology grows every year and there are always great updates to keep on top of what the user needs.
CONSThe scheduling page looks very cluttered. I have a lot of products to hire for different durations and each product is displayed individually. It would be good if this could somehow be condensed so when adding in a manual sale I just click on the day I want, and enter in the relevant information here instead of trying to hover over the right product and time slot.
Reason for choosing Beyonk
I was already using beyonk to advertise one experience I had. I didn't use it very often and it did not generate many sales this way.It was a long time after this (when I had forgotten I had an account) that beyonk got in touch to say they had built a booking system also and at the time I was looking to improve my own so it was very good timing as it ticked all the boxes.
Reasons for switching to Beyonk
Booking Bug was expensive, although you could pause it for the off season which was great. It also wasn't capable of using the same pool of resources for multiple experiences, it would only do one or the other.It was a bit more difficult to set up.

Using Beyonk for ticket sales for a 4 day event
Positive and I'd certainly use them for ticketing for the event next year and potentially for any other events if they provide the features that particular event would need.
PROSI researched 4 or 5 ticket agencies to sell tickets for an event I was producing and chose Beyonk. Most of the agencies I spoke to had similar features and were broadly similar in their charging structure. I mainly chose Beyonk as it was able to break tickets sales down into half hour slots across the day, which I needed, did not charge a set up fee, and was a bit cheaper than the others I researched. Also the support team & my account manager seemed like they would provide good assistance if I needed it, and that very much proved to be the case. Always swift in their service and always able to resolve any issues or questions that I had.
CONSThere were a few features that I asked about that were either in development or needed to be activated by the support team rather than being something I could just do myself. But not a major problem.

Beyonk - a great booking system for your tours
The customer service team are fantastic, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] mostly looked after our account and they have been formidable and eager to listen to us to improve the platform.
PROSVery easy to deploy in a short period of time, easy to use overall and to navigate. Fantastic button options to integrate to our own website.
CONSThere are still missing features for attractions like ours in the system. For example: 1. We would like to be able to set a different capacity for each time slot without having to create a separate event. This is to allow us to offer longer tours or special tours (night time tours for example). 3. Our attraction offers free entry to visitors under 16. There is not a limit as to how many of these can be booked with adult tickets. If booked on their own, we would also like to be able to set a separate limit and for all ticket holders to confirm their names. 4. We also offer free entry to Historic House Association members. We request details of their membership number when they book but people tend to only put the card numbers and we need their names too. If we have a booking for 5 guests, all with HHA cards, we only get one lead name when we would need all of their names with their respective card numbers. What we are getting at the moment is a list of numbers and one lead name. When guests turn up, they are frustrated to be asked again for those details since they had to give them when booking. 5. Receive notifications for messages received on the Beyonk Platform if you have not logged on for a while: we use Beyonk seasonally (over the Easter week and the summer) and have had guests contacting us about lost property on Beyonk and had not seen the messages as we were not logging on.

An excellent product and service
Beyonk completely solved our website ticketing issues and provided an easy to use ticket selling product. It is hard to put into words just how much this improved the administration of our event! They also gave us the option of QR scanning on entry, which our staff loved. And this system eliminated the need to print a daily list for the gate, which meant that we could sell tickets right up to the end of each session. This resulted in more tickets being sold, and saved us valuable time in the office. On top of this, they were lovely and friendly, interested in us and our event issues, and they went out of their way to help us. A superb service!
PROSThe ticket sales system is clear and easy to use for both the customer and us, on the back end. And we were so impressed by the Beyonk team - their support and interest in helping us succeed in running our event was brilliant.
CONSThere are some features, like the customer messaging system, that we feel could be improved, and we'd appreciate being able to search bookings in more ways too (i.e. by phone number). But it is easy to feed this back to the Beyonk team, and they are open to our ideas! That's very reassuring.

Reasons for switching to Beyonk
We previously sold tickets through our WooCommerce website. It wasn't a dedicated ticketing system, therefore some customers found it confusing. We also could not cope with the web traffic when tickets were first released.
